Moody smart & comfy Hotel

Nice staff

too industrial area

Spacious and clean room. Great breakfast with lots of options and good coffee. Great restaurant next door.

1. very good and satisfying breakfast2. new and modern hotel3. excellent location as it is very close to the motorway4. a quarter of an hour from Arezzo and very close to Florence5. provided with parking space in front

Good location for a stop when travelling from Firenze to Roma. The facility is nice and staff is professional with good English.

There were some noises coming from above during the night (chairs moving) but it wasn't that big of an issue. Perhaps if you're a light sleeper ask for a room on the first floor as there's supposedly a restaurant above the hotel as seen in other comments. The first towel I grabbed had a red stain on it, like a lipstick or blood that didn't come off, wasn't the greatest feeling in the world, but I just took another.Me and my partner were very confused about breakfast options as we're used to buffet style breakfasts as seen in literally any other hotel. Here the food is behind a glass (like in a caffeteria) and you have to say what you want to the waiter and they give it to you, which wouldn't be so bad if there was literally anything other than sweets there. Then as we sat down we saw on the table a menu that includes a breakfast with eggs... No sign of that anywhere else and it wasn't mentioned to us either. All in all very awkward experience. I don't know why they don't just place a menu in each room or have a sign at the breakfast area when you come downstairs...

Moody smart & comfy Hotel is the example how to be great hotel in the unusual place (it is near highway). We enjoyed modern take in this Hotel. The room was nice and comfy, breakfast was delicious, parking is free. There is a possibility to have a workout in small fitness facility inside the Hotel!

Cozy, clean, kind personnel, very good breakfast

Very modern and newly built/renovated property, was very clean, nice design and comfortable rooms.

Very clean and cozy hotel, super comfy big bed and nice staff?

The rooms are stylish and spacious, which is very nice! stylish and functional furnishings. Very tasty breakfast. But the most important thing in the hotel is the staff. I am infinitely grateful to the employees for their help! I forgot my purchase at the outlet, not far from the hotel, and could not pick it up because I left for Milan. On the way back, I didn’t have time to stop by and the employees found an opportunity to pick up things from there. this is just fantastic! I am very grateful and recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very nice and clean hotel. Great breakfast and more than excellent service! Our flight was late and they did everything they could to make sure we still had a nice stay. They even contacted us at 2:30AM to ensure we arrived safely. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very new and super modern and clean. The beds are very comfortable. There was no kettle but the staff was happy to warm up some water for me to make coffee. For breakfast you sit down and the server comes to collect your order for eggs and stuff. When you're done, there is plenty of dolce and cakes to choose from, their croissant was just oozing the filling. They must have used like half a jar. Really really good.

The location is somewhat meh, there is nothing in the area, really. There is a restaurant at the hotel though, which we didn't try but it gets good reviews. Only paper cups are present in the rooms, for the price I'd expect glassware and a kettle.

Nice decent size room. close to Florence approx 40 minutes drive, but the hotel cost half the price.free parking in the hotel area. clean and modern. good size bed and shower including bide.very large TV screen. and very cooperative staff English speaking.

Breakfast is minimal, however, coffee is perfect.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and private parking are attractive.

The hotel is very nice, staff were helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We were traveling through the area and only needed a place to stay for one night, so this hotel worked out very nicely.

Hotel is newly renovated, modern, and clean. The service team were professionally trained. This hotel provides ni e value indeed, nice location for continuing trip to Florence or Tuscany country side, quality breakfast, free parking, and a quiet room.

Good breakfast with a lot of options. Staff were really helpful. Very comfortable and clean and very well priced. Location is a bit odd but not far from most things and a fantastic restaurant next door

You do need a car to stay here as there isn't much nearby or any public transport.

Great location, clean. Friendly and helpful personnel on reception and at restaurant and breakfast venue. Can highly recommend this property.

Incredible hospitality of personnel . Clean ,modern and spacious room! Good location which is very convenient for the shopping purposes!

The choice of food on breakfast should be increased ! Quality is also area for an improvement ! The amount of facilities for the storage of clothing /shoes in the room should be increased .
