The breakfast was for us a bit late, we have a 2years old and wait until 8am for a breakfast was a bit caos for us on the weekend

Fabulous staff! Very friendly and eager to answer questions and to help make our stay great. We were checking out early and they, without being asked, offered to make up a take away breakfast of waters, croissant, fruit all in an easy to take away bag.

No elevators! Pack lightly because you'll be carrying you bag up one or more flights of stairs. Not a big problem for a lot of travellers, but if you're older or light to travel with giant heavy luggage you might not enjoy the stairs.

Staff were brilliant and very helpful, really nice to have access to a pool (especially with a little aperitivo). The staff were very accommodating of our late arrival, despite reception being closed.

It is very rural and getting taxis is difficult and expensive (although the staff did their best to help), so would definitely recommend getting a car.

The hotel is amazing. Nothing is too much for the staff, rooms are clean and well furnished.The views are incredible and the pool is a luxury which finished it off beautifully.

The location although beautiful is difficult for transport links. The hotel were really helpful with taxis but if we were to stay again we would hire a car.

Friendliness of the staff, service and fluid communication..

The staff were so helpful. They noticed we were leaving early in the morning for our flight home and they packed us a breakfast which was very nice of them. The food in the restaurant was fantastic too. Beautiful setting in the olive groves.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and secure. dinner in the restaurant was very enjoyable and all the staff we met were friendly, courteous and interactive. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Staff are super polite and always ready to help.

The half board option did not offer different cuisine options, most of them were the same on a daily basis

Location between Pisa and Florence made it for us a ideal starting point to explore the Tuscany area. lovely hotel. you need a car to get around. they also offer bike rental service and helped us with day tours.

The pool area and view were nice. The restaurant manager, receptions staff and breakfast server were very friendly and had a great sense of humour. Also good to have close proximity to Pisa Airport and motorway.

There were cigarette butts piled up in all the ashtrays by the pool area. There was also a large dinner party thrown in the restaurant which went on until 1am with all the attendees being very loud while going outside for cigarettes regularly so we got no sleep at all.
