Solaris Hotel

Staff very friendly. Our booking did not appear in their system but problem was solved in a couple of minutes.

Everything was all right. No problems.

Location is fantastic. It is only few minutes away from train station on foot, few minutes away from the beach, few minutes away from the restaurants. It has its own restaurant as well. Breakfast was ok. Room was really clean.

The door of the room was broken and we couldn't lock it. Informed the receptionist and got another room.

Location close to the lake. It was also one of the criteria I chose it.

Although I arrived on Sunday afternoon, the fact that the Reception did not answered my calling in advance it was weird and stressful, as I was driving towards it.

In my opinion it's a great value for money. The hotel is located a several of minutes away from the beach, it has own restaurant and bar, a playroom for children and a cozy smoking area in front of the hotel with comfortable chairs. Parking is also right in front of the hotel and it's covered by the trees so that the temperature in cars remains fine. My daughter fell asleep on the way from the zoo at noon, so when we came I stayed in car with her to let her sleep and to keep an eye on the temperature in the car. Actually I fell asleep myself and after an hour of sleep the temperature in car was still fine. There's a backyard where you can play badminton and also there is a sauna in the hotel. I wouldn't expect all this for the money we paid for just an unplanned weekend trip. When I booked I didn't mark that we need a baby crib because we thought the kid would sleep on the single third bed, we had a foldable "sidewall" for it to prevent the kid from falling from the bed, but when we came we found a baby crib in the room, it was very kind though not really necessary :)

The restaurant doesn't operate on Sundays though, but there are enough options within 10 minutes of walk around

Everything was perfect. The staff was kind, breakfast was good, you are near to everything important. The room was clean and has a very comfortable bed.

Wifi

The hotel is located very close to the lake. Breakfast was good. Our room was clean and newly renovated. Overall, we had very nice stay.

Internet connection was weak, especially in the evening when most guests were in.

Good location close to lake side and restaurants.

Outdated. Breakfast was low quality. Curtains did not fully cover window. They were not sufficient to block the 5:30am sunrise. So prepare for an early wake up.

Reception gave not cleaned up room, but they changed to another which was cleaned.

Unstable Wi-fi

It is very close to the beach, perfect location. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is bit outdated, but we didnt mind as it was clean and was perfect what we needed it for.

The bed was little uncomfortable and pillows could be more comfortable

The hotel is very close to the train station, but in the same time in a silent area. The beach is in 10minutes walking. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel.

The wifi signal was weak in the room

Location is very good, nice quiet street, friendly,staff, size of the room is good.

Mosquito net shoukd bevonnthe terrace entrance- otherwise you cannot open the fmdoor in the evening. One single bed made the room crowded.. Breakfast -ok , but the choice could be larger for this price.
