Ideal location for us to be close to the airport & travel to Cavalino Matto park. Clean room

receptionist was really friendly and helpful parking in front of the hotel air-conditionednear to Pisa and Florencebath room fully equipped

mattress was really bad, spring mattress, every time my husband moved i almost fell out of the bed - better take separate bedsold smelly carpet in the corridor, which triggered the dust mite allergy from the kidsbreakfast selection not that great, smart varietysmall roomdefinitely not 4 star

Breakfast was great, buffet style and plenty of choice.

Shower , although good power, very old fashioned and had a large step up. seals very discoloured.

Room and bathroom old and worn, not very clean. Super uncomfortable beds. Noise from the hallway and other rooms. Staff not very helpful.

A good choice for a weekend in this area of Tuscany, in Cascina, which is an easy drive from Pisa or Lucca. Room was a basic business hotel room. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great pit stop after arriving on a late flight, before setting off to drive to Cortona the next day. Special mention to the wonderful staff: we arrived quite late and the lady on the desk gave me some of her own feminine hygiene products as I had been unable to find a pharmacy that was open, thank you! Room was big, comfortable and breakfast buffet was plentiful & delicious

Bathroom a bit tired, but perfectly functional

The staff and restaurant at the hotel were very good. Very worker orientated which is good and food offering is strong

Like a few hotels I have stayed in lately bathrooms could do with with a major cleanup.

A good three star (not four) hotel, outside Pisa, but easy access by car, for us the location was excellent Ashe continued our trip southward.

The hotel is clean and provides free parking. The decor is a little dated but the price is right. The food is delicious!

It is off the beaten path.

The rooms were clean, the staff was polite and eager to assist, the breakfast was satisfactory and the wi-fi is functional.

The beds were not very comfortable. The hotel is only two stories high and has some noisy AC ventilators on the roof that can be heard even in the reception. My first room was on the first floor and I could not sleep for the noise. The staff was ready to swap my room with another one on the ground floor where the noise was a lot fainter.

Hotel was 10 kilometres from Pisa city. Hotel was near exit of highway. Free parking around the hotel. Als at night 12 pm or 1 am still parkingspace for free. Quiet surroundings. Good breakfast to my taste. Soft beds and clean rooms. This is not so big hotel maybe 40 rooms in total. Aircon is working also good. No refridgerator in the room, so no cold drinks. At the main floor is a vendingmachine where you can buy some cold drinks ( limonade and water and some snacks). Hotel as value for money. We got 2 rooms for 5 persons.

Only breakfast in the hotel. No dinners possible. In afternoon or evening you must eat outside the hotel.

Good rooms size, clean and tidy

For the money paid and 4* I was expected for more...no balcony option, outside area for smoking not usable and the breakfast very short on option....ex. only one type of cheese and ham, no salami, or something else, no vegetables ?

Very comfortable beds and pillows; the room and the bathroom were clean; it was quiet during the night; air conditioning working well, good wi-fi; good breakfast with a variety of foods and drinks

We were passing through and therefore needed a place to stay. We were very disappointed, there were mold spots on the ceiling. There was hair on the bathroom wall. very unsanitary and very unfriendly. No recommendation!!!! not good value for money
