Hotel Diego de Almagro Aeropuerto

The shuttle was very good. The free breakfast was superb-best in any hotel experienced in the past. Restaurant was very good-big helpings (suggest sharing). Surprised and much appreciated everything.

Didn't understand the 'tip' procedure and feel we were (probably) considered 'cheap' because of it. We thought it was included in most cases. Sorry.

Great selection for free continental breakfast, free shuttle to airport, restaurant, staff could speak English.

The location was convenient for my needs. The breakfast was served starting at early morning which met the need of clients having to leave for early flights being able to take advantage of having breakfast before leaving.

No bottled water was offered as a complimentary option to guests. Also there was no free wifi service offered.

LOVED the staff here, especially the gentleman who checked me in. I was quite early and knew there would be a wait before my room was ready. The person at the front desk was attentive, made sure I wasn't forgotten and took great care of me. I appreciated GREATLY that the breakfast started at 4am to allow for early departures. I also loved how this hotel was a little oasis in the middle of an industrial area. There were unexpected lovely gardens and places to sit under the trees outside, a great place to spend some time on a long layover. I would most definitely stay again.

I was in the older of the two towers. It was comfortable and I had what I needed for a one night stay, but the room was a little tired and in need of an update

Free airport shuttle. Full-service on-site restaurant. Quiet rooms.

Overall facility seemed run-down. Door to my room was hard to open so I had to use force to open. Bedspread had stains. Hard to locate outlets for charging near bed. Pool area had areas blocked off with caution tape. Floor of bathroom had stray hairs.

close to the airport, good if you need to leave for your flight early in the morning. Has a good buffet for breakfast. Nothing else in the neighborhood to do

The view of the room was nice

Old room with old furniture, heating not working properly, shower had almost no hot water, bathtub could not be used, restaurant had no consistency, very expensive for the lack of anything special. Manager doesnt work on weekends.

I had a couple of overnights in Santiago before flying to Easter Island and Punta Arenas, respectively. I wasn’t doing any sightseeing in Santiago, I just wanted a nice room, close to the airport so I could rest for the night and not worry about traffic to the airport in the morning. The hotel offers free shuttle, good shower, comfy bed, wi-fi… I would definitely stay there again.

Bed was comfortable. Free shuttle to and from the airport was great.

Bit dated inside, but I see there is a new hotel next door. Maybe opening soon.There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but strangely there was a fridge. Seemed a bit expensive compared with other hotels we had used at Santiago Airport.

had a most enjoyable stay here, they were very flexible with the check in and check out.the airport shuttle there and back was easy and well organised.the friendly check in was flawless and there english was really good.the room itself had everything you would need.and the complimentary breakfast was just right.nice outdoor area with lots of shade with pool.Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very uncomfortable bed (thin covers and bulky pillows) which meant a very poor night's sleep.

The comfort of the room was terrible. The bed coverings were completely inadequate. One sheet, one thin blanket and one thin bed cover. Pillows that were so large and bulky I couldn't use them.

Shuttle service was great. Pool was good to relax in after a journey. Comfy beds

Arm chairs in the lobby were uncomfortable.In the dining room/bar it wasn't clear how to get served.

Airport hotel- we chose here as it has a free airport transfer and was a little cheaper than the other options

Airport transfer had us waiting for nearly an hour till 1am, eve, despite being promised we would only wait 20 minutes. Room had scratchy sheets, aircon was freezing and WiFi didn’t work

First from the airport with the free shuttle its awesome, Breakfast it is perfect of it scheduled, which has scheduled at 4 Am and 7 am as well.

Staff are good

Too basic for the price charged. There were no iron, no kettle, no complimentary drinking water, no coffee/tea and not even shower gel.

We were very tired when we checked in. The girl on reception found us a room early so we could get some much-needed sleep earlier. Much appreciated by my wife and me.

The pool, the quiet and calm, friendly staff.

The rooms! It looks fresh and newish on the outside but could of been 100 yrs old on the inside! Weird and yuck colors and combinations.

Easy airport transfers. Spacious room, Wifi worked well.

Would need a refurbishment.
