Hotel Mastai

The hotel location is great for exploring the countryside and the town. Parking in the fenced parking lot in front of the hotel. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good.

We arrived early after Ancona ferry from Split. The charming receptionist, Nicola, said he would check. And he found us a room with a large terrace, which we could have. The room was big, extremely comfortable, huge bed, and everything working perfectly. Good continental breakfast, large carpark, 20 minute walk to lovely city centre. And remarkable value. Excellent choice.

The breakfast was ok but not their fault as I'm a toast and Marmite type of guy not ham cheese and cake? fella, The room was perfect for us and very clean and comfortable

You have to drive to find somewhere to eat the last thing you want to do after a 4 hour drive but we managed

Spacious and clean room with a large bathroom. The breakfast offers a good selection of cakes and savoury. The Matura Si store offers a self-service restaurant with a wonderful choice of salads and vegetables at a reasonable price.

Breakfast could be improved with a selection of fresh fruit.

It is a little dated but I believe they have plans for a renovation.

We liked very helpful personnel, particularly, Nicola, who worked at the reception. He spoke very good English and was very attentive to every need of ours. The hotel has all modern facilities, conditioning, and a very large bathroom.

Our room had poor internet connection therefore we had to go downstairs to do some important internet work. It was not convenient. The location for people who don't have a car is not very convenient.

Air condition a lot too cold!! Could'nt really reduce temperature. Finally we had to switch it off.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Hotel Mastai for either a leisure or a business trip. The quality of the staff and facilities were fantastic. They were all friendly, helpful and understanding, from the reception, to the cleaning staff and also the breakfast staff. My child and my pet were warmingly welcomed, which is so value for us. also, we had some problems with the travel and checkin time (our mistake), and their staff was super helpful to solve it for us. Should be commom, but is rarely to find. So, it could be just a simple hotel, like Ibis or other, but their team make it better! Plus, an excellent air conditioning for these warm days. I understand the typical Italian breakfast is sweet, but I thing the breakfast could be improved if they had cooked or fried eggs as options too.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was large and clean. It was a quiet and convenient place to stay, and I was very happy there. The breakfast included GF options.

It would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room, but apart from that it was excellent.

-The place is quite and clean-Very kind and helpful staff-About 20min walk to the beach much less cycling (would highly recommended). My last night was lucky to get a bike and cycle around the city ??- Breakfast would say it was moderate but understandable with the current covid situation.
