Hotel Cristallo

Breakfast was fantastic value for money and good selection. My only issue would be that our room was very noisy, especially at the weekends. Heard lots of traffic on the roundabout and could hear the trains all through the night.

Position and helpful and friendly staff member (male) covering the breakfast service

Female receptionists were not welcoming to guests on arrival, and generally lacked any enthusiasm in engaging at other times, how disappointing!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our car didn’t fit the parking place so they guided us to another place, a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The view on the see was great.

I missed scrambled eggs at breakfast but otherwise everything was fine.

Swimming pool, bicycles available

Nothing really. Only they advertise with a balcony. But it's a french balcony, so just a fence.

Nice Hotel, suite was perfect for our family. Great view from balcony, nice breakfast. City centre walking distance.

beautiful location, very kind staff, spacious room, good breakfast

quite difficult parking space

quite difficult parking space

Everything - clean, new, staff were so friendly and helpful, location is fantastic, parking at this time of year was incredibly easy, room size was big

Right on seafront with lovely view despite the rain.Restaurant was closed but recommended one a short walk and discount for staying at hotel.

The staff. Leonardo went above and beyond to help us with parking. He also recommended an amazing restaurant

Breakfast was good. Walking distance to centre. Staff very nice

No complt

Position, facilities, and staff fantastic.

Breakfast was ok but could be better

nice location direct on beach site. parking situation is difficult.

pool was still under construction; mirror in the bathroom

Great hotel with a great location. It will be even better once the pool is finished. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The doors of the wardrobes and closets need stoppers so that they do not bang anymore.More hooks on the walls to hang up clothes would also be of great usage.

My partner arrived injured and unable to walk. The staff were very considerate and helpful in arranging medical assistance including an ambulance and providing out of hours food.

The only negative was a rather noisy room close to the railway line.

This hotel has been recently renovated and we were in a very comfortable small apartment Very clean and functional, I loved the bathroom and the 2 big windows that you could open. The position is excellent, right in front of the Rotonda and the beaches and in a 10minutes walk you reach the historic sites and enchanting streets of the city center. It was perfect for the purpose of our stay.

I don't think parking will be easy in full season. The hotel has a small private parking but I guess it might be difficult to find a spot there in July or August.

It was modern, clean , staff was very attentive and nice. It’s location was top and beach area very beautiful. Had late nite reception and breakfast was good.

Brilliant, modern well furnished hotel, in a superb beachfront location, the Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff, service, and owners were so professional and go the extra mile to make sure you stay is pleasurable and relaxing! I cannot recommend Hotel Cristallo highly enough!Great value for money too!

Nothing, our stay was perfect!

Very nice and modern room, perfectly clean and with aircon easily adjustable. Breakfast was also nice, with a good selection of sweet and savoury.

Everything was good, as expected. Facilities are cool and modern, and so is the staff (sometimes a little too much. Everyone's very professional and polite, but some might miss the "warmth" of other more traditionally family-run hotels)
