I like its location, I was in the center of everything so I could walk around and the staff or kind and helpful

I don’t have any real complaints

The room was mid-sized to small but had every thing you would need. A decent bed, heating/cooling, closet space, bathroom, shower, mini-fridge. Location was right in the downtown center-city. Great for night-life and museums. A little far from the beach. Staff were friendly as well.

The breakfast was very lack luster and I'm glad I didn't pay for it. Coffee comes from a dispenser machine and not made fresh. Mia Cafe just around the corner will be more bang for the buck. There's also not a whole lot Soho offers beyond a decent room to stay in. Which is probably what most people in Malaga are looking for.

Location was perfect. We had great admiration for Carmen on Reception. She couldnt be more helpful and friendly and always had a smile and few words as we entered and left the hotel.

Excellent location, nice size room.

Water is only supplied on the first day and coffee as well although it has a nice espresso machine. So you have to buy the exact Nespresso capsules. Although I have asked for coffee from the front desk and was given to me. Depends on who is working nice or not so nice staff when asking. Good luck!!

The location is excelent, the bed very comfy.

I got a room in the attic so it was smaller, not enough natural light, no desk and chair.

Modern. Nice decor. The staff is soooo nice! Took our luggage before check in and after check out. They also extended our check out for one more hour. The location is amazing. Soho is the place to be in the middle of everything! A good value for money.

Some ants on the floor shortly after we checked in. The sink was pooling water until we took out the sink cover. Not deal breakers for sure.

Very good location near city center, the room was very nice and spacious.

Even though breakfast was included it was limited and not the best but it was ok.

Lovely Hotel in the Soho area of Malaga with many restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Staff were very friendly and helpful.The rooms were a good size , bright clean and modern. Easy access via a short walk to the main train station.Airport to Hotel via the public transport (The train) is very easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing, the stay was an emergency night due to flight issues so it was not really planned.Would have loved to have stayed longer at the hotel.

Location and clean

I stayed in the room 106 the hall roof was cracked. Could be more maintained

Very comfortable location. Spacious room. Not loud despite in the center. Price is less than in the same group 3star hotel. Very attentive staff, with very good English knowledge. Good tips from Carmen for dinner choices.

I liked everything. Sadly booked there only one night.

Very clean. Good location. Staff were great. Comfortable bed. I would stay again.

It was not very soundproof. I had an adjoining room. I could hear the people next door. They were not being loud or rude. Just talking at normal level. Not their fault. Lovely hotel. If you decide to stay ask if there are rooms that aren’t adjoined.

Carmen on reception was the nicest person anyone could wish to meet . The hotel was very clean with good facilities and we liked we could easily walk to all the bars and restaurants nearby

As we were on floor 5 there was limited head height above the bed due to the sloping ceiling

The modern room with new furniture, comfortable beds. A good location near to most important attraction.

In normal condition I will say the personal was just present. We experimented blackout on the day of departure.We ask the reception person for a room in the hotel if we could not leave the city and they say there are full. In this case we ask them if we can use the sofa on the reception hall in case we don't find a place where to stay and the lady from the reception said "no way". So the word "help" do not seems to familiar to them.The breakfast was good but too poor.

Overpriced

Mattress was hard. 2 twin beds pushed together to make king had no connection in middle and 2 separate bedding sets.

Had booked Soho Boutique Urban and when we got to hotel were told that they had overbooked and was no room available. Go

Air conditioner was not working. Curtains hanging off the rails. Long hairs found in towel. Got to breakfast at 9am and could not have a cooked breakfast because initial supply had run out.

The front desk was incredibly helpful with all our needs, particularly today when our car service was a no show and left us stranded. They stepped in and found us a ride to our next destination when the car conpany would not. Great location. Comfortable rooms. Excellent price
