Pros +
- the receptionist who worked 3pm to 11pm was wonderful! She is was extremely helpful
- Central location and the staff.
- The three balconies were so beautiful. Loved the location, it was such a great spot for accessing everything in the city. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had to get a taxi to the airport at 3:40 in the morning they helped us schedule it and had it waiting for us. The room was clean and spacious. Wish we could have spent more than one night here!
Cons -
- Nothing I didn’t like.
- First and foremost, the room could use better lighting. It was a first floor room that overlooked an interior patio, so it did not get much natural light. There were basically two led lights on the ceiling, one table lamp, and two reading lights over the bed. Perhaps another set of led lights on the (high) ceiling would add to the room. A minor issue, but that would help the room, is a redistribution of the furniture to help maximize the (use of) space.

The breakfast buffet was excellent: hot dishes, tons of fruit, multiple juices, and the personnel was extremely attentive. The staff in reception went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The room was very spacious, although it presented some issues (see below). I really enjoyed the iron and stone columns, which gave the room a unique architectural accent (both in the bedroom and the bathroom)The bathroom was very spacious and very well lit.

NIce central location and the staff was very helpful. Nice large clean room
Tough fo parking a car in the area
The view of the cathedral is mesmerizing. Location is great, despite being in the very center, it was very quite in the room. Breakfast was varied, good quality and taste.
The room itself looks and feels dated, the same with the bathroom. Everything is functional but not pretty.
Convenient
Clean and near called Lagos
Central location, quiet place, large room, great selection breakfast
LOCATION! The location is perfect. Steps from yje Calle Larios. Very close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms was small but comfortable.
The staff was absolutely wonderful! They all were so hospitable and easily answered all of our questions, gave great recommendations, and directions.
WAS GREAT THE LOCATION FRONT DESK EXCELLENT DANIELA WAS GREAT , MANUEL EVERYBODY
This was our favorite hotel! Room was very cute and had a beautiful view. Staff was super sweet and location was a few steps away from the plaza. We loved it!
Great hotel staff excellent great location would highly recommend
The room we had had a piller in front of the bed, which was annoying and for anyone who was in that bed. As you have be careful at night, you did stub your toe
Good stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the lady at the breakfast hall. Very polite. Good breakfast with wide range. Rooms are neat and well maintained. Bathrobe and slippers are provided.
The location would have been good any other time. But due to Easter and holy week. The roads around the hotel were fully blocked. It's very crowded. It took us 2 hrs to get to the hotel from the main road. For the whole week, the processions run until midnight and with music, drums, etc. Was unable to sleep. We stayed here for 4 nights, and it's was quite loud and a lot of disturbance from the road. The hotel itself was great but would suggest not to visit during the holy week. If you are looking for somewhere quiet, this might not be the one.Regarding the rooms Superior quadruple room. Would have been good to have some extra storage. Struggled to fit clothes for 4ppl
Location is perfect to stay in old town in Malaga
In dining room ceiling is leaking and moldy, which is unpleasent during breakfast. Rooms are dark and stinky. The shower didn't close properly
Central location, good breakfast
No lounge area or outside area (think the photos on booking.com are a bit misleading and give the impression there's a roof terrace when this is only accessible to certain rooms)Breakfast area often didn't have tables set when we came down to breakfast Plug socket hanging off the wall and bathroom door has a big gap all around which isn't the best. Air con seemed to switch off in the middle of the night. Shower door didn't shut properly All in all an ok stay but not worth the price, it really needs somewhere for people to have a rest and relax and definitely needs some tlc. Málaga itself was lovely but think I'll stay somewhere else next time
This hotel is really well located. The staff were friendly and the breakfast excellent. Our room was on the small side with a small double bed and it was a bit stuffy. We were there for one night, which was fine, but for any longer it might have been a problem. Big issue is the glass door on the bathroom, when you get up in the night and put the light on, everyone gets woken up!
Amazing location in the centre of the old town - but still very quiet at night, I didn't notice any noise from the street when the windows were shut.We were two adults, two children (7 and 9) in a quadruple room, and it was plenty spacious enough - with closets for clothes and a large bathroom. Breakfast selection was fantastic - pastries, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, cold meats, cooked eggs/ bacon etc, fresh juices... and the restaurant staff were very helpful.
Nothing :)
Staff lovely. The room was so clean I could smell the bleach. Shower was great and so were the toiletries in the bathroom.
The room was on the 1st floor and had no window. The room was really hot and I stayed at the end of March. I tried adjusting the air con and nothing happened. The room was really hot with no English channels on the tv. In fact the tv was slanted on the wall. Overall the decor looks quite dated. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was very good. If you do stay here make sure you have a room on a higher floor with a window that faces outside.
