The room was divine !!!!

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms are nice, good size and very comfortable beds.The parking valet is a lovely touch.

The hotel was really beautiful, its location was excellent and literally close to everything. Also, the staff were great and very helpful, and the hotel was clean with excellent service. On the downside, the pool was quite small and the breakfast was relatively expensive for what it offered

Hotel room was great, super clean, they had nice view rooftop bar, great location.

There was nothing to complain besides the limited parking issue, but staff is very helpful they guide you through if there is no parking at their property

Location. This is best hotel have. Just in the old town - allows yoiu to sightseen not loosing time for getting there.

Well, not to be snobb - but some things in dry bar were having expiration date a month ago and when marking it ti reception we got just "sorry" and item replaced. Other items we havent shown to them remained on place with exparation date padt away.

The hotel is in a perect location for exploring everything. It was all spotlessly clean. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely too. Roof top bar was lovely but in November we didn't stay there long.

staff in bar were not helpful. they weren't busy but we were ignored, When I went to ask for a menu, the man was so rude. He wouldn't give it to me, he walked me back to my table to tell me that in this hotel it was all table service. He was very rude

Great front desk staff. Room was large and comfortable, and very quiet despite over an alley with restaurants. Excellent location within 5 minutes of the cathedral, Alcazaba, the public gardens and harbor. Prompt and helpful with parking. Rooftop terrace has wonderful views of the harbor in the mountains.

Tricky to reach by car—GPS took us through the pedestrian area—so it is necessary to get the driving directions from the hotel. The elevators are small and slow at peak times—we were happy to be able to use the stairs to reach our room on the first floor.

Best breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows, rooms are a bit small, but bathroom makes up for it. Lots of storage in clever wall unit.

Parking is off-site.

The location of the hotel was perfect - super central to the old town and the marina. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the roof top terrace was beautiful! They accommodated our late check out which was super helpful.

Excellent location near the park and ocean, but main shopping and dining, including the Cathedral for touring only steps away. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar on top of the hotel. Rooms were clean and bed soft, excellent service and front desk extra friendly and helpful.

Not much to complain about here!

A great location, safe but away from the busier streets. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly but breakfast was a little chaotic. No cutlery on the tables and it took a while to get an order. The food was tasty and the staff were nice so perhaps a little more organization is required.

Location. The quality of the pillows & mattress were great.

We stayed in room 416 and a corner of the wall paper was peeling

The staff were very flexible with my check in & out. This made my stay so much easier. The ability to use the terrace whilst I was waiting for an international flight was very helpful.

Nice hotel, great location, beautiful view and rooftop. Rooms and bathrooms are very nice too.

The elevators took forever, I've never experienced anything like this. Might be a reason not to stay there even.The pool was tiny and the stairs into the pool very wobbly. The pool is old and needs an upgrade.

We liked the location, in the middle of everything. It is located in the historical center and it is very close to all important attractions.

The bathroom in room 301 needs to have all plumbing and sewage systems repaired. The water is leaking all over.The AC blows directly in your face when you stay in bed. The TV channels are mostly unavailable and very limited in options.The positioning of the TV set on the wall in front of the bed is very unstable and not aligned vertically and horizontally.

The location was perfect for "centro" and beach. The staff was exceptional, kind and super fast for any needs I had. So wonderful that we decided to extend our stay there instead of visiting another beach town. The pool was an added bonus to enjoy after long day at the beach!

Ran out of water and was not filled for over 12 hours...either offer it and keep it full or don't offer it at all. Don't have it sitting empty with dirty glasses in the area.

Terrific location close to many restaurants, shopping, town beach, and cathedral. Very good breakfast open till 11 am
