The rooms are very up-to-date with a great layout and style. The beds were soft and comfortable. The location is perfect because it is close to old town and the old town. Also easy to get to. Couldn’t have been easier. The hotel has a special deal with the parking lot down street which valet park your car for €17.

The only real downside is that the lobby has way too much fragrance.

This is a modern hotel with all the amenities, about 10 minutes by walking to the train station and within a few minutes to the C1 metro line that serves the airport. Check-in and check-out is extremely fast, and they serve an excellent breakfast.

Cleanliness, spacious, attentive personal

I was very pleased that even though i arrived way before the check in time, they managed to give me a room within 15 min. In addition, the room i got was very very nice with a terrace , super clean and modern. The best of all is that is walking distance to the train station that takes you the airport, so that was a super plus for me.

Good location. We arrived very late and stayed only one night as we were going to travel to another city. The staff was very friendly, gave us tips on where to park for a cheaper price. Nice room. Comfy beds.

The streets outside smelled of urine with a strong chlorine smell in the reception.

The friendly and helpful staff made everything great, and I was genuinely surprised by the birthday gift they sent me.

We arrived around 3:15pm (the check in was available at 3:00pm) but the room wasn’t ready until 4:00pm

Clean and comfortable hotel located a 10 minute walk to the old town and the port area.The staff were all friendly and very helpful and managed to accommodated an early check in on arrival.We stayed for a one night stop-over and would definitely recommend.

It's a little bit like a concrete block with no view from our room but it met our needs and we wouldn't hesitate in booking it again

Nothing but didn’t figure out how to make room temperature hotter without turning the AC off.

1. Staff: Manuel and Ana - excellent service very courteous and professional.2. Location was within 10-15 walking distance of about everything. Cortes Ingles within 5 min. Quiet.3. Very good breakfast for the price of 10Euros.

Air conditioning: It is not individually controlled - the building manager determines a range of temperature which may seem okay for some people but not for those who want to control their own temperature at their room. For example: I arrived at a time when the outside temperature and humidity fluctuated from cool to hot and from 80% - 20% humidity - but the building maintained a constant temperature of 24 Centigrades (regardless of HUMIDITY which is the most important factor for comfort when humidity reaches 80% the temperature feels on your body about 2-3 C. (around 5-6F.) hotter. Most people sleep at AC of 21C (the AC keeps humidity low) to be able to use a blanket. I had to keep my window open at night and since it faced inside it had no breeze and of course I got more humidity in my room. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL WHEN THE WEATHER FLUCTUATES FROM COOL TO HOT. ESPECIALLY IN ROOMS FACING THE AFTERNOON SUN.

Good value & great location next to Alameda Central train station. Staff were very helpful and hospitable. 15min walk to most sights in the city. Many of local tapas bodega’s & restaurants located in the surrounding streets.

Noise from the main road - ask for a port facing room.

Excellent buffet breakfast comfortable room, lovely opening windows. Excellent shower. Lift and stairs convenient to our room. Very efficient arriving and checking out. Very close to train directly to airport, so easy to travel (wished we hadn't bothered with taxi on arrival) Great for exploring Malaga town.

Recurring drain smell. This came and went. Not bad enough to stop us using again. Otherwise NO complaints!

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and always smiling. Like the cleanliness and location. The size of the room is okay and like the separate 2 closets. Disliked the shower head which wasn’t powerful. Surprisingly only Euro $10 for the breakfast and not bad at all. They served cold cuts, fruits, scramble eggs and so many different kinds of bread as well as fruits.
