    Pros +

    • My room was quite big, there was enough space, a closet and couch area. I like the bed, the mattress was comfortable.
    • The ocean view and balcony.
    • Sea front, clean, good value, and excellent breakfast, friendly staff

    Cons -

    • There was a really strong smell coming from the bathroom the plumbing seems very old. It smelled like a dirty river. If you are most of the time outside it shouldn’t be a problem, but I would expect a hotel to have the basics covered. The location regarding the city center was good, but the hotel is between two big avenues and it is not well insulated. you could hear absolutely everything. Cars passing every second, ambulances, and all of your neighbors. You could hear soft conversations, the doors, the toilets, everything. I couldn’t sleep much.
    • No towel rack, no suitcase stand in the room. Extra charges for parking and breakfast. Only provided one caffeinated coffee pod. The heater/AC didn't work.
    • Some traffic noise- busy streets front and back

The room was huge, fresh and furnished in a bright beach style.

We liked everything, wish we could have stayed longer

Location and viewBreakfast was very good

Washroom was full of insects ants and smell was bad, sewage smell.

We did not get the breakfast at the hotel. There are lots of places in town that are more authentic and a lot cheaper :)Location is great, if you don't mind walking a bit. We never took the bus, but there is one on the other side of the street that goes downtown. Room was perfect. Nothing to say, except that we were under the ground floor and the sound of people talking echoed through the corridors and into the room, as if they were right in front of our door.

Nothing. Honestly, everything was perfect. We're not too demanding or picky. Plus, we spent most of the day outside, so it was all good.

the location is central and great for beach walks/

Unfortunately some of the staff are pretty rude, they seem uninterested in helping. There was one who indeed helped us out in the end.The hotel is worn down and desperately needs an upgrade. The bathtub was dirty and unclean.

We had a very pleasant stay at SoHo Boutique Las Vegas. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, it was nice knowing it was available and convenient.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend SoHo Boutique Las Vegas for its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent staff

The only downside for us was the climate control. The weather outside was much cooler, but the hotel had switched the system to heat, and guests aren’t able to control whether the room is set to hot or cold. Since I prefer sleeping in a cooler room, this was a bit challenging for our group. We did open the doors to cool the room down, though being on the first floor made us slightly hesitant—even so, both the hotel and the surrounding area felt very safe.

close to the beach, with easy access to the boardwalk.

    unhealthy smell. Lack of maintenance.

Honestly, I go to 20 hotels per year for work and leisure, I never experienced the kinder, more professional and helpful staff. Not one, but all of them. They upgraded my room to Sea view because it was available and they just wanted to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The location is amazing. The pool area and the room was fantastic. Already dreaming my return and highly recommended to everyone.

    Liked everything.

    location

It’s overpriced for what it is. The walls of the room were dirty, and the bathroom had a very bad smell (sewage like). The walls were very thin. On my check out date, I asked the receptionist (the blond lady) if I could check out at 1 pm instead of 12, she promptly said No, claiming that the hotel was fully booked, although there were available rooms in the hotel on the same day on Booking. They also will ask for your credit card number and expiry date upon check in as a guarantee, in case you caused any damage or took something from the mini bar. It’s not a value for money for me and I don’t recommend it.

The location was awesome! The breakfast was good and tasty, the room was clean and comfortable.

At check-in, they wanted to take my credit card details, which I find completely unacceptable. Their explanation was that it’s in case I cause any damage. I’ve stayed in many places and hotels before (including several in Spain), and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I find it absolutely disproportionate that I should have to provide my card details to a hotel. The staff said it’s a rule and that this is common practice everywhere. NO — it is not common practice everywhere. In the end, the solution was for me to leave a €100 cash deposit, which meant I had to go to an ATM. If such a rule exists, it should be clearly communicated in advance!I booked a room with two twin beds, but we were given one with a queen bed instead. They changed it upon request, but why can’t this be checked properly before arrival? This left a bitter taste overall, even though the hotel was very good in every other aspect.

The staff are very welcoming and the folks at the front desk are exceeding helpful. It has a nice buffet breakfast and the rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed

    No complaints

Great location. Perfect room and balcony.

Hot tub was grimy one day and put me off and the pool.

Traffic noise, price a bit too high for this hotel category.

    Not much to like.

This hotel needs a complete makeover. Terrible bathrooms , sheets, towels, pillow. The pool is a joke the outside cushions are old and dirty. Terrible choice. Far from everything

Location is great and our room views were pretty nice.

Cleanliness is not at its best and the room needs renovation

    The gym and breakfast

The staff did not warn us about jellyfish in the sea

    4NicolasPosted on: 9-24-2025

It’s clean and close to the beach

It’s way overpriced do what it is, it has a small pool and you have to pay a deposit to get a beach towel. For the price, it’s missing a lot of features and facilities.

    8AlisonPosted on: 9-22-2025

The location was fantastic - its a 25 minute walk to town, but its a nice walk and there are also buses yo can easily catch which come frequently and take you right to town. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent ( lots of fruit) and you can sit out by the pool to eat. The pool is good for swimming and lots of space around for relaxing. THere is a gate that leads to beach . Sandy beach but its dirty sand rather than golden! Room and bed comfortable.

The water pressure was bad to hopeless and we only had warm water once - so rest of time we had a cold shower with low water pressure. The coffee machine was good but they only provide coffee pods on arrival. The gym door didn't work so you could only access by getting a key from reception.
