Clean modern, with comfy bed & good shower. Staff helpful & pleasant

I was located on the ground floor opposite the lift. Noise from the corridor carried through to the bedroom. Bedroom should have had an internal lobby, which would probably prevent this issue

The reception staff where extremely friendly and helpful booking taxis giving us maps to get around nothing was to much trouble

Would have been nice to be able to make a hot drink in the room

My room wasn’t soundproof. While location was super convenient for visiting the old town of Malaga, due to a lack of soundproofing, it was impossible to sleep without earplugs. Windows of the room directed to a street with bars and restaurants. All night visitors of the city make a lot of noise, e.g., singing songs drunk at 3am. From early morning hours maintenance service (repairs, deliveries, etc.) make noise. I certainly did expect some noise, it’s the touristic area at the end of the day. But I couldn’t image it would be that loud.

The location is excellent. After checkout the reception desk stored our luggage while we went to a museum. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It is noisy. Because it's in a central walking area with small alleys the noise echos and it is loud in the rooms, even late at night. This combined with it being hot and wanting to have window open to help with temperature made it very noisy in the room at night. Bring ear plugs

Small room, no slippers , too noisy, it was hard to sleep deeply.

Amazing hotel and great staff!! The hotel is so central to everything. I loved my stay there and would stay there again when I go back to Malaga. Highly recommend!!

Cosy hotel , everything clean and comfortable - good breakfast - location excellent, in walking distance to museums , cathedral and lots of restaurants. Great view from terrace and swimmingpool á great addition once ready after construction.

Disappointed that the swimming pool was under construction. We checked out on the day of the power cut and excperienced the caos that followed - your hotel was fully booked and we were stuck in Malaga without accommodation (3 elderly ladies) it was á trying time for everyone and your staff could have shown á bit more service attitude and empathy. p.s. We found á nice hotel in the end)

Great location, nicer rooms than I expected for the price. Lovely big window that opened onto the street.

No facility to make coffee in the room.

Excellent location in the centre of MalagaStaff were extremely helpful ( even provided a kettle, tea and coffee) adequate breakfast options

Not much to say. It is a nice location and that's what this hotel's really got going for it.The staff is helpful but the hotel, besides being clean, is nothing special.If you like shopping this is perfect. If you enjoy carless streets you'll love this place.It is our second time at this hotel and we would go back.

Staff very helpful, lady at breakfast was excellent, near city centre and right next to it delicious indian restaurant.

Location was excellent. 20 mins walk from central station and the hotel sent excellent directions on how to get there. Also right at the heart of the old town.

Hotel was well located for old town and port easy walking. Old town means narrow characterful street which means rooms can often hear outside activity.

Would have loved a kettle …..think it’s an English thing for a cuppa in bed!

The locqtion and the staff, and there were rooms for families of different sizes available.

Breakfast logistics, would be good to open 15 min earlier and perhaps invest in 2 coffee machines.

The hotel is in a great central location, making it easy to explore the majority of the main attractions of Malaga on foot. The hotel also has a very good breakfast with a wide array of both hot and cold food. The rooms were well cleaned and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is located in the old city center so we easily had a nice walk to the museums, Cathedral, fortress and the sea. The breakfast is very tasty. Many thanks to all staff for their professionalism and kind support.

My wife is Gluten intollerant and the staff were very helpful in catering for her dietary needs. Francisco on reception was extremely helpful with all aspects of our booking from Greeting to also providing a kettle with tea/coffee making facilities, and giving us details of tourist information. We had a very pleasant stay at the Exe Malaga and would not hesitate to recommend. All our room preferences were catered for. Hotel was in a great location, very close to Cathedral and centre without being too noisy.

The breakfast was a bit lukewarm and the scrambled eggs were “okay”. Other than that everything else was fine and there was plenty of choice.
