Pros +

  • Location is exxellent. Very clean room and super helpful sraff
  • Location was nice, breakfast good but very modest. Rooms were clean.
  • Absolutely perfect. Right across from the beach and walking distance to a grocery store and beachfront restaurants. We had a beautiful patio with a sea view and the room was spacious and elegant. Would 100% stay here again.

Cons -

  • Bit noisy at night because of bar
  • Room was literally 6' away from front desk. We heard every word at all hours. The hotel hosted a private party in the bar area with live music (about 15' away from our room) that lasted until 1:30AM. It was very loud!!! The hotel guests were not invited, or even notified that there was going to be a party. The staff was rude and arrogant to the guests when they complained about the noise. There was wine on the floor outside our room the next morning. It was a very long, unpleasant night.
  • Noisy no privacy in bathroom poor breakfast and terrace closed no restaurants worth visiting nearby

Clean, well appointed room, good breakfast, nice outdoor bar area, and friendly and helpful staff.

Aside from breakfast, no food is available at the hotel. Also, it’s around a 45 minute walk into Malaga town, however, we didn’t mind this as the walk is really nice as it skirts the beach and harbour.

Very clean, fresh room. Appreciated the extras in the fridge, water, coke & crisps (free)Good breakfast.

Didn’t like the glass bathroom wall & not a complete toilet door, so no privacy in the room.We got back at around 9.30pm, it was around 8 degrees outside & room was cold, the heating wasn’t working, so we asked the receptionist for help, he came & looked, said the other rooms needed to be at the same temperature, he left saying he’d go & check & come back. We sat & waited for around 25 mins, when he still wasn’t back we went & looked for him, he was sat back at reception, & told us it needed the engineer who would come tomorrow, which we do understand, just would have appreciated him coming back to tell us! Despite this, we would stay here again.

Staff incredible- very kind and helpful.Ez access to town - walkable but short taxi and bus available. Awesome patio, beach across street. Room very nice, comfortable, clean and everything you need. Would return for sure.

Very clean, updated room. Location was right across the street from the beach. The outdoor patio and bar were very well done. Maria was a friendly and helpful host for all our needs and questions.

Beautiful light and airy hotel in a great spot. Easy to walk to the sights in Malaga. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Lovely breakfast.

a great location, 1 step from the sea. very tastefully equipped. very nice crew

the 4-lane-road in front of the hotel is quite loud…

We love the location which is right between Pedregalejo and the city center. The terrace overlooking the sea is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. It really has those boutique hotel vibes.

The design, style and fixtures are superb. And this is what attracted me to this property. The staff were lovely. The bed comfortable, the bathroom generous with lovely soaps and shower gels.

I hadn’t quite realised that the hotel is sandwiched between two busy roads. The traffic noise was high at all times. Also while the tiled design is very cool, it means that sound echoes a lot so any noise seemed to be amplified into my bedroom (which was on the ground floor). There was a function outside while I was there and it was loud until 12:30am. But any movement outside the room sounded very loud. And I’m sorry to say that while the cappuccinos were great, the breakfast was really disappointing. The croissants were stale, the bread much the same, and only pineapple chunks and grapes with some yoghurt. I know it’s still early season, but overall I was disappointed. But again the team there were very friendly.

Lovely place, clean room, friendly staff, great location.

No privacy for the bathroom, toilet or shower. The room is all open plan there are no doors to separate the bedroom and bathroom.

Looks recently remodeled - great rainfall shower - quiet!

Breakfast isn’t served until 9am, which is to late for many - breakfast should be available starting at 7:30am

Amazing, Nice outside área with bar and sea view.

Our room was like basement, one window, no curtain. The street lights blinded in

Excellent Hotel. Location and the room were just great, so was staff and everything else from cleanliness to the Hotel‘s beach bar. I look forward to coming back!

A Nespresso machine would be advisable. International travelers in that price range expect more than just hot water and Nescafé.

Pretty room design with natural colors and materials. The hotel seems to he pretty new.

The hotel is at the very end of Malaga, located directly at a very busy and noisy 4 lanes road. Sitting on the Balcony or sleeping with open windows isn’t pleasant due to the constant traffic noise. It’s quite far away from downtown and all the attractions and around the hotel there isn’t much to do and the area is kind of run down. You will need a taxi to get to the sights. The bathroom is open to the bedroom with no door which can be closed. In addition, the toilet is only separated with a half height semi-transparent door. And that directly next to the bed. There is 0 privacy in this room. I cannot imagine that anyone likes that unless you are traveling alone. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the bar tender. He just handed us the key card and told us the room is „upstairs“. No welcome, how was your journey? No explanations about the facilities or when breakfast is - nothing. I then asked where the elevator is - he said there isn’t one and that we have to carry our luggage up. Not even asking if we need help. We decided to change the hotel right after arrival given the location, the super loud street right infront of the hotel, the lack of any privacy in the bathroom and the very impersonal welcome. Unfortunately the manager (who wasn’t on-site and icky replies to messages with long delays) refused any goodwill and made us even pay for the breakfast we didn’t have on top of the room we didn’t use. Staying in hotels often privately and for my job and around the globe I think I have a pretty objective view of what’s ok and what not. And this one is not. I can clearly not recommend this place. The location and bathroom situation might be personal preferences of me - but the level of professionalism the situation has been handled and how we have been welcomed clearly indicated this isn’t a professionally run hotel.
