Sercotel Rosaleda Málaga

Super comfy beds. Location is good. 4 bus stops away from historic center. Hotel is located on the side of a large mall, yet it was really quite, although visiting during Christmas . Very good breakfast.

The staff were helpful, though a bit more warmth and friendliness would be appreciated

What I like about the hotel is the staff are very helpful and nice.

During my stay, I accidentally stained the sheet and wasn’t replaced immediately, it was eventually taken care of. A quicker response would have made the experience even better.

Location is slightly not near to downtown

The location was as it was expected. The hotel was next to a shopping mall with a common parking lot that is convenient to park your car. The connection to the city centre is by bus, which is right next to the hotel on the main road and quite convenient, with just 10 min to the city centre.

The dining facilities near the hotel are not very available, the in-house dining was quite ok but opens only after 7:30 pm with limited options.

Everything: the room, the spotless, breakfast, personnel, facilities.

Breakfast was excellent!!! Room was quite good for 1 night for sleeping. There was feeling that room was meant for 2 persons, but additional bed was added. Everything was good and comfortable, but feeling was, that room is not for 3 persons.

For triplet room, there were no additional glass/cup for tea/coffee. Mainly room was meant to 2 persons with additional bed.

It was clean and comfortable. We were 3 of us, and the room was spacious and each single bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with some free amenities.

The parking is inside the basement of a mall and it costed like 20€ per night additionally. Regardless, we just wanted a comfortable place to stay before the next day morning flight, so all good. Otherwise the location is not that ideal for sightseeing.

Facilities like swimming pool very bad. Not enough sunbeds. Insects in room. Small gym, not enough equipment and not good ventilation.

The location is very good, not too far from airport which saves Taxi fees, connected to shopping mall with supermarket and food Cort. Room is good size, has a minibar, toilet amenities, and bed is comfortable. You can store your luggage. Breakfast was excellent

Hotel has a (paid) parking lot and it’s next to the shopping mall, so it was convenient and hotel room was modern with nice aircon. Breakfast has pretty many options so I also liked and staffs were friendly. but it’s overpriced and I don’t think I would like to come back.

We received a room with some dirts and food trashes. So we informed this to the reception by asking whether they can vacuum. But cleaning lady came to clean our room the next day but still didn’t vacuum (only mopped) or they didn’t see food trashes because it was behind the door.. so I stayed about 4 nights but food trashes were there until I leave. I had a very young baby, so hygenine was important for us but I didn’t feel comfortable for my baby to crawl on the floor of our room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beautiful white decor creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always helpful. Every detail in the hotel was well thought out and impressive. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this hotel and

Only the size of the room

The air conditioning was horrible, working 10 minutes then disconnecting by itself even if you didn’t touch it or open the balcony door. I called the front desk but they didn’t help.also it wasn’t cold.the room was hot and humid

The location was decent, nearby the Malaga FC stadium and as well 1 minute away from a shopping mall. New facilities, good staff but need to practice English more. The breakfast was superb one of the best.

Not as expected

Pool was only 0.5m, not swimmable compared to what was advertised on the website , breakfast was cold , there was no electricity and WiFi the first day and no provision was provided, no apologies nothing, lift was out of order and some staff were snappy.

The service was exceptional, the staff did everything they could to make our stay special

The location was slightly further out from the town than expected but the no 17 bus stop was right outside the hotel and a short bus ride into the centre
