Location and the property are amazing

Mosquito was in the room, may be because my room was in lower floors.

H10 Croma in Málaga truly blew us away, where to start... we had a rental car so needed a hotel with on-site parking and the parking here was truly fantastic: underground with direct access to the elevator that takes you straight up to your room, well-lit and much wider spaces than many other hotels. 10/10 And the hotel room is truly WOW, best designed room we ever stayed at in the world, designed for travelers meaning practical, lots of storage and outlets, amazing bathroom, and we had a lovely balcony... all beautifully designed. 10/10 And the breakfast, more WOW, beautiful bright restaurant with an amazing high quality selection of all imaginable breakfast items, plus great service. 10/10 We also dined in the rooftop restaurant with an amazing view of the castle at night, and enjoyed great drinks at the rooftop bar. All in all, we LOVED this hotel so much and will 100% return when we are back in the area.

The property is modern without being cold. Efficient without being rude. Great location, wonderful staff and fantastic rooftop bar!

Location, staff and cleanliness fabulous

The location was perfect, close to the old town. Very beautiful hotel. Room is spacious. Really liked the fact that they gave a you a bottle of water every day. Loved having a balcony and really enjoyed the rooftop. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, great location

Location was great, walking distance to the old city. Very clean and spacious room as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was super!

Excellent location! Beautiful lobby- great first impression. Reception staff was very attentive and helpful. We were greeted with glass of cava which was lovely. My partner was celebrating his birthday and was surprised with a bottle of bubbly and birthday wishes from the team which was very nice and totally unexpected. Room was very spacious , beautifully decorated and very clean. The balcony was a great addition. We would highly recommend this place. It's top class!!!

If I wanted to be picky- we would've preferred to have a double bed rather than joined two twin beds. The staff on the roof top bar was a bit all over the place, not very attentive but we prefer to eat out so that didn't spoil our stay. We would still go back.

Freshly renovated within the last couple of years, the design choices in this hotel are next level and a delight for anyone who is moved by color, texture, color and pattern! Beautiful lobby, wonderful rooms and bathrooms, and phenomenal tiled balconies. We stayed in a suite which provided ample room for our teenage son on a comfortable pull-out and for my husband and I in a king size bed that incidentally he has deemed as the most comfortable bed he has ever slept in. The rooftop bar is great for cocktails and has a plunge pool. The views on the 9th floor are outstanding.The hotel location is next level and within a few minutes walk to Plaza de la Constitucion in the oldTown, or to the harbour. The staff were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. The indoor parking was an added plus as was the complimentary Cava in the lobby! Would go back in a heartbeat and have already started recommending to friends.

The property was centrally located which allowed us to walk everywhere. The hotel lobby was beautiful and the rooftop bar and restaurant had an amazing view. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I can't think of anything that I disliked.

Perfect location, wonderful rooftop terrace, friendly staff - unforgettable!

Two mornings we had problems with the water. One morning no hot water and one other morning no water. The hotel reception staff were not sympathetic. Just advised to go shower now as the water was now hot. We had someone else’s meal added to our room bill.

Well located hotel close to the market and town centre. Very comfortable room. Small balcony which would have been great but ours looked over the bus stop. Rooftop pool/bar looked good but we did not use - quite pricey compared to local restaurants. Very friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was good with option for some freshly cooked plates a nice touch. Nice toiletries

Rooftop bar was a bit crowded with a lot of furniture.
