location was good. Staff were helpful

The rooms and hotel are dated. Beds, bedding, bathrooms etc not a 4 star quality

Rooms were modern and clean. The hospitality and atmosphere was also great. Felt at home right away. The front desk personal as well as the waitress and cooks were awesome.

I had to park my van away from the hotel at a public parking which would cost 1/3 of the hotel day for one night but that is all over Europe, a Van is a huge car and does not fit in ordinary parking spots.

Everything was really great, I just wish the bed was an actual king size and not two small mattresses pushed together.

The service provided by the front desk staff. One of my family member got sick and the service trying to find a doctor was excellent. Thanks a lot!!!!

We got to Malaga late at night, starving and the hotel didn’t have room service. We had to go out and find something to eat.

Clean, modern hotel with very helpful staff located within easy walking distance of metro and the City center. Included breakfast was plentiful and varied. Also very quiet so sleeping was not an issye.

It was exactly what we needed for a quick one night stay in Malaga. Perfectly close to the train we took from the airport, so convenient!!! Also close to the center for walk around and dinner. Our room was a top floor and really big and comfortable. Highly recommend this place !

Very good, central location on a not too busy, relatively quiet street. Historic city center and the nearest beaches are both walking distance. Good breakfast with great variety. Nice, clean rooms and friendly staff.

The room and bathroom had a strange smell

A very nice hotel close to the main shopping district. It had very nice food options nearby. The main train station was close by. Parking was close by and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The Location

The breakfast was average and could definitely use more variety. The rooms seem to need renovation, and I believe the high price is mostly due to the location. I stayed at another hotel in Málaga with a lower price, yet it was much more beautiful and enjoyable — with great facilities, including a swimming pool.
