Helpful staff, clean room but the room was a little tight. We were only there for one night so it wasn't too bad. It was nice to have a Fridge, tea kettle & tea. Stores in the vicinity. It's worth a stay for one night if you're headed to Florence and you don't want to pay big prices

Mostly the location. The surrounding area feels a little unsafe , I hesitated to go for a walk in the evening, however the hotel provides very good security. People can only get buzzed in by the front desk.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were kind. The hotel is next to a market and a delicious cafeteria. 20 minutes walk to the train station.

Good breakfast, the studio apartment is spacious, clean room, good wifi, friendly staff and Matteo was kind and very helpful. Quiet and safe location.

It’s a bit of a walk to the train station. But it’s ok overall. Our family enjoyed the stroll.

The room had separate entrance from the central hotel (kind of apartment). Quite spacious. Had a fridge and a balcony. Included basic breakfast, enough to feel more or less fed up. In the same building there are supermarket Penny and Pizzeria located, which is very helpful. Hotel staff is nice and friendly. It takes about half an hour to get to Florence by car.

The entrance to room is located from the back side of the building, the same side which is used for supermarket Penny to take in/out their goods/garbage. The one side of the room with terrace is located on the first floor/level, while the opposite side which features the living room and the window faces a kind of roof level where service room for hotel maids is located. Twice we had maids lunch laid in front of our window. But the worst was the lighting in the room. Actually it was almost the absence of the lighting. It was very depressive and hard for eyes. Please, make it brighter, there is a feeling as if you live in a cave.

The staff was very pleasant. They let us enter the room ahead of time and gave us umbrellas, free of charge, to visit nearby Florence. The breakfast was amazing. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure – everything we needed.

Spacious suite, place is modern and clean, staff super helpful, nice breakfast, near market/bar/pizza place

Staff was really friendly, everything was very clean, check in was very smooth even though the property was a little ways away. I really enjoyed the balcony and the room was spacious.

A bit of a hike from the train and it wasn't worth the wait for the bus.

Great location, for our trip to Mugello for the Moto GP.Great size of room and facilities, very clean and well presented.

Clean, friendly personnel

The Signa area isn't quite what you maybe would expect. The bed was far too hard for my taste. Overrated I would say

The staff is exremely friendly and helpful. The room is big enough with the very comfy bed (we also had the huge terrace though we didn't really use it). The breakfast was also good. There is the green area next to the hotel (on the back side) where we could walk with our dog (it's the wet grass land). The parking is shared with Penny Market and is not guarded but that was OK with us. The hotel is located about 19km from the historic heart of Florence but if you go by car it could take about 50 minutes. The hotel provided us with the detailed train timetable to Florence though we didn't really use this kind of transport.

I liked the beds, the cleanliness and the variety of breakfast.

I didn't like that our rooms were outside the hotel building. It was a mini-apartment far from the hotel location and had no elevator and we were with an elderly person with suitcases. For breakfast it takes at least 3 minutes and you have to cross several stores. I did not find it practical.

The breakfast was great, had everything I needed and more. Staff were friendly and helpful with everything I needed, they even accommodated us arriving after the work hours.

Air conditioning always reset once you enter the room and it was set on what seemed to be the coldest temperature imaginable, so the very first thing coming into to the room you have to adjust the air conditioning

Check in was closing early on Saturday at 6 p.m.), we had a solution, key with envelope, but still it was better for us to check in with someone with the desk.... Late check in requires early communication with the check in desk

Reasonably clean, though the towels smelled a bit funky. Staff was nice. Right next to supermarket and pharmacy.

Signa or at least this part of it is pretty dirty (smells bad, pigeon and dog excrement all over the street). This hotel is also too far away from the station if you don't have a car, because bus connections are infrequent and app and paper bus plans say different things. Noise travels easily through the walls, there is basically no noise blocking, you hear everything that happens in other rooms or outside. Beds are hard.

The room was clean, staff very friendly, great service, very delicious breakfast with wide range to choose from. 1.3km from train station if looking to go to Florence, very comfortable.

The room was really comfortable with a lot of space

Breakfast was poor no coffee machine available, very far from Florence center.

Hotel is too good, spacious. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is available on pay as you go basis. Also, there are 2 supermarket near to the place if you want anything to eat, drink
