Hotel Europa

The staff is fantastic, very helpful, they respond immediately to any issues. The breakfast is great, lots of options and variety, in a grand rooftop restaurant with fabulous views of Signa. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had fabulous wood design elements, and a large wardrobe. You are steps from the train station, it is ridiculously convenient. You also are close to the river and can get to multiple restaurants and sites on either side.

This must have been a grand hotel at one time and is now slightly off. The shower is so small you must be petite to get in, the hotel heat went out while we were there, there's small things that just don't work. This is reflected in the affordable price, so no real complaints.

I liked Matteo who was very kind and helpful in the late evening.

I got the room with nonworking fridge and safebox. When I asked to change it they told me to check out and check in the next day instead of fixing the problems. And even in a new room the fridge was still not working properly.

Amazing staff. We got a very big room everything was perfect except pipe noise from other rooms. Hotel is very old. Location is very good. 2 minutes from the train station. Wonderful view during breakfast time.

As said in other comments facilities are a bit aged, but I don’t see how that’s a problem. Everything worked just fine, it was well maintained and super clean. Room and bed were super comfortable, super attentive staff and the breakfast room has panoramic views of the Tuscan mountains.This is the best value for money stay I’ve had in my life.

Connections to Firenze stop late at night, between midnight and 5/6 am more or less depending on the day you’re stuck wherever you’re at the moment. It still didn’t ruin my experience at all

The location is good, next to a small train station, and it is very convenient to go to Florence by train. The rooftop restaurant has a good view of the town.

The room facilities are quite old. There is no heating, no quilt, and the air conditioner switch is broken. It is too cold to fall asleep. It is totally not worth the price.

Air conditioning didn't work

Easy check-in and check-out, people were nice. Bed was good and clean, room was spacious and there was a mini fridge, nice view from the window. Breakfast was nice. Good value for money, compared to the accomodations in Florence. The train station is 2 minutes away with constant trains.

Bathroom could have some work done. A bit noisy in the night from one of the vents in the hallway and there was a few stains of mold in the celling.

Having three twin beds in one room. I only requested two. Tub in shower is slippery, dangerous.

Breakfast was good, the breakfast serving lady was very friendly and helpful.Room was cleanProximity to Signa train station, you can reach Florence easily in 20 mins.

There were sounds of water flowing sometimes at night.

The sheets seemed clean.

The elevator was filthy, everything felt old and dirty. I didn't want to touch the door handles. The air conditioning existed but was hardly very effective. This place was fitted out in the 1970s (maybe 60s) and hasn't been touched since. I'd say it was Soviet, but I stayed in lots of places in the Soviet Union and they were all nicer that this. It was just grotty.

Very well located by Signa station, just a 20 minute train from Florence city centre

The air conditioning did not work in our room so we changed rooms only to find it didn’t really work in any of them…

Staff were really helpful. I had to check out to catch a train,the receptionist checked I'd had breakfast, and made me a coffee

Right across from the Signa station 15 minutes from Florence!! Super welcoming even for an early check in! Breakfast was amazing

There was a little bit of rubbish from the previous guest but apart from that it was great!

There was so cold and air conditioners not working, blanket isn't enough and extra blankets are dirty and hairs in it. When get in the room there is a terrible smells. Elevator was shaking.

It was a great price for a overnight stay. It was very close to the railway station.

It was quite far from actual tourist locations. The hotel is very outdated in it's amenities and furniture.
