Cooperative staff, good facilities, decent breakfast

Staff was really nice and offer us to not pay for one day because our flight was cancelled. This is not their fault, so I refused. But it was kind of them

The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the park was too tight. The location was a bit far of e everything

The hotel is in a quiet place so it's easy and comfortable to sleep there. And the staff were friendly.

It's a bit far from Florence and it's even harder to get there on weekends as buses don't go that often.

Everything was good, clean, the staff was friendly , the breakfast was good and the location not too bad, one train station from the main station Santa Mania Novela .

Without a car the location is not good for anything, especially if you plan to go to Florence.

Such a lovely and quiet place! The room was nice and clean, breakfast was good and the receptionst was amazing! Obviously he loves his job, always smiling, willing..

Maybe I would like some cheese, salami and vegetables, the breakfast was only sweet.. I'm not used to eat all sweet breakfast. :)

Take a train from Santa Maria Novella to Signa and easy walk of about 15 minutes.

Staff excellent, caring and available.The hotel is situated 15 minutes walking from the train station or by bus from the bus stop at few meters from the hotel. Then, by train is easily accessible the centre of Florence, Pisa and Livorno.There are nice places to eat and drink at walking distance from the hotel, open till late at night.

Breakfast could be improved with some extra, adding bit more choice and savoury food.Also some extra bevereages could do the job, such fruit juices.

The hotel was fine by its standards. we have never been disappointed. staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff are really friendly and professional. Rooms are cleaned daily along with all the towels. It's close to train station and markets. Trains are frequently linked to Prato and Florence. If you want to visit the countryside riding your bicycle the position is suitable.

Sometimes the external unit of air conditioning make some noise, but it depends about the rooms.

Very cute in a quiet town. Convenient walk to many amenities. Clean and large rooms.

Parking was a little difficult to get to and bed was hard.

Breakfast was sufficient, with croissants, cereals, coffee, tea, fruit, biscuits and cakes.Room was clean and had a fridge. There are 2 supermarkets 5 minutes walking away.

Location is about 15-20 minutes walking from the trainstation. If you do not have much or heavy luggage it should not cost much effort.

Very nice and helpful staff; good, prompt communication when I contacted them with an unusual special request (bringing 6 show dogs with me), pet-friendly, quiet room

Fine little hotel in Signa, located 25 minutes by car from Florence. Breakfast was fine too.

The breakfast was poor, same things every day.

When I arrived nobody was there to check in (although I wrote about the time of my arrival)... I rang the bell (as it was written on door), but nobody answered. So finally I had to call the property.

The hotel reception was very attentive to all our requests, friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean and comfortable to stay with a family. The hotel is not far from the airport. Very satisfied.

Breakfast is poor. Location is problematic.
