Resort Orsino

The room was great, the wellness area was great.

But we weren't impressed by the food, both breakfast amd diner was poorly.....very disapointed after those positive revieuws about food, we don't understand why 2 types of bread, scramble eggs was watery and if you want a cappuccino you had to pay for it

Location was great, breakfast with good options, staff was very friendly, nice terrace in the restaurant, sauna and pool also very nice and clean, sufficient spots for parking and also safe place to store bycicles. Very clean overall, and nice scenary around. Very close to the lake and cycling path, very quiet area as well. Bar was opened after dinner and options were very good and with good prices.

One day on the dinner there were no hot meals for vegeterians, food was a bit oily (including eggs in the morning) - they said could be available upon request, but they do not inform you have to ask in advance. Room was quite small for the price, maybe could have less furniture inside. All doors from the rooms were smacking, making a lot of noise, quick fix would be adjusting the soft close, so doesnt disturb all flats in the house as people do not hold them. Breakfast could start earlier especially on the days where you have sports events.

Apartment's windows were opposite the reilway, the hight was very low - when you stand you can touch the celling.

The foto’s don’t do the place justice for me. It’s much nicer in real life. The proximity to the lake is a big plus (one small pathway away). Our room had the balcony with lake view. The wellness is nice and clean: we also went for a last minute headmassage which was super relaxing. Overall the staff was amazing and very friendly. Would recommend and definitely come back.

One point of constructive criticism is that they could offer extra pillows (the ones on the bed were not really firm). Everything else was up to our liking.

Nothing major to think of...house D is right below the train track, however trains are small and don't operate during the night so our sleep was undisturbed :)

No air con, too many children.

The restaurant offers nice buffets for the breakfast and for the dinner. The terrace of the bedroom proposes a nice view of the lake that is very close.The beds are comfortable. The manager is very helpful and nice to provide you with any information you need. The sauna and the swimming pool are open for all the family from 09am to 09pm.

The resort is a bit isolated.The cleaning of the room was not done as the sign indicating "do not disturb/make the cleaning" was not available in the bedroom. . Next time, I'll be more cautious and will directly ask the manager...

The location next to Lipno is great, the staff was very kind and helpful and the room was small but cosy and clean. The breakfast was excellent, with "žemlovka" with vanilla cream the highlight of our stay :)

The wellness could be improved by adding additional areas to relax and cool down after the sauna - ideally outside as the inside area is quite small and warm.

Loved the place, a real pleasant surprise in terms of high quality of food and facilities, we had breakfast and dinner for our stay and were very satisfied. Super friendly staff and great location just on the lake. Lots of free parking in the generous car park.

Great place to stay for swimming in nearby lake Lipno. Many interesting places to visit nearby, even in winter. Only for skiing I would go for another place closer to ski slope. I especially appreciate large swimming pool (ca 4x10m) directly in hotel totaly for free for guests. Breakfeasts are great, no problem there. Everything clean and tidy.

I really would appreciate some glasses in hotel rooms other than just plastic cups. Walls, especially doors in hotel are paper thin and definitely without any sound isolation meaning, that you can hear anybody around and anybody can hear you.
