Pros +
- Wonderful place in Pescia. We used it as starting point to reach Firenze and Lucca. Train station is near. Breakfast is great.
- We only stayed two night in this exceptional hotel. in Pescia We arrived by train and fortunately the hotel was not far from the station. Everything was excellent; the check-in, our room on the first floor, the breakfast! We also visited the exquisite restaurant for our dinner - we were served very tasty vegan dish, pasta with aubergine and beans, after which we had a superb lemon sorbet. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant was very kind and helpful. We also have to mention that the decoration and unique objects in the entrance hall and in the corridors were truly amazing! We sincerely hope that we can come back and stay longer!
- This hotel has that old world charm. The rooms were large and very clean with a lot of amenities. The restaurant was excellent.
Cons -
- It is not centrally located in Pescia
- other guests smoking cigarettes at the outdoor dining tables & near the front doors & at the pool.
- Breakfast cuisine are below average. Only deserts are majorly served.

It is not centrally located in Pescia
My room was spacious with balcony & view of front garden. I enjoyed having dinner in the outdoor garden. The staff at breakfast (Ricardo & Rosa) were very nice!Keara was a great bartender!

Good location. East parking. Helpful staff
It was a beautiful hotel, the room was spacious and the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.
The twin bed I had was hard and lumpy, and you could feel the springs through the very thin padding. Very uncomfortable, and I didn't get much sleep.
The property is nice, old hotel but clean, reception very kindly.
the maids are very loud, they start clean room very early and speak very loud in front of my room tree ours, so i didnt sleep weel
Breakfast was delicious and staff were helpful and charming.
We had one evening meal which sadly was disappointing. It was evident that at certain times the Hotel was geared to dealing with large groups : different to the experience of a few years ago when we last stayed at the hotel
Fine for a short stay if you have a wedding nearby
Poor breakfast, outdated rooms/bathrooms
The hotel is a large complex on nice grounds out of the main centre of Pescia, it seems to cater well for buses of tourists. The rooms were clean and for the age of the buidling, quite nice with a charm about them, I particularly liked the enormous autumn picture back wall of the beds :) The staff are absoultely lovely, helpful and keen to serve any request. The hotel has a very old world charm about it and a newer wing attached, it has a pool which we never used but seemed nice.
Welcoming, comfortable and quiet with a fantastic staff.
Nothing to dislike
Big room, very clean, very kind staff, ready always to help. Big parking spot!
The WI-FI is very bad. I stayed at the first floor, in front of the elevator and I didn’t had any internet connection, stayed connected only to 4-5G spending all my roaming data. The breakfast very poor, I have pays for 7 days the breakfast, eat only in one morning. Doesn’t have enough eggs (no omelette, no sun eggs, only a few boiled eggs - if you come late to the breakfast you don’t catch one)
Access to Pinocchio Park is easy and it is calm post. Personal are helpful and kind. Breakfast is varied and good.
Great breakfastNear train stationStaff helpful
We loved the place. It was a little old fashioned, but to us this added to its charm. We certainly will be back. The restaurant was charming and the food excellent
There was nothing to dislike.
This hotel is outdated and charges too much
The mattrasses are old and have spirals which you feel in your back. The pool is already closed. The breakfastbuffet was mediocre.Would not recommend spending your money here!!
Great service in the restaurant in the evening.Food ok.
No lunch available - not even a drink. We were recommended to drive 4km to Montecarlo to get a sandwich and coffee.Really poor service in the restaurant for breakfast. How can they run out of cups (twice), plates, glasses and knives & forks when they know how many guests are expected? Both coffes machines out of order sporadically. Only orange juice in the juice machine. Not a word of English for at least one of the staff so how do you explain you need a knife a fork?.Toaster not very successful. Ham also ran out. Cucumber offered in 2cm thick slices and the knife that I found myself in thr kitchen was too blunt to slice it thinner.Strange smell in the bedroom - maybe from cleaning chemicals? No mosquito net. Shower head holder loose.
Very well located, well mantained vintage hotel, large and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff
Lovely traditional hotel in beautiful Tuscany! Great on-site trattoria, lovely breakfast and helpful staff. Beautiful pool and garden too.
Some of the rooms were a little dated, but often this added to the old-world charm!
