- Breakfast at Artesanos de Granada, part of room purchase. Very tasty and convenient!Room AC is quiet and can cool room. Very quaint and elegant old world feel to the hotel!
- Excellent location. Rooms were a bit cold, an electric heater was provided but it didn’t make the room too warm.

- Not a thing!
- The check-in system and the unavailability of receptionist at certain hours made my stay more complicated. Even when I called the number provided it dialed a different hotel that had no idea about what I was asking about. Considering where it is and the price you pay per night they should have reception 24h.

The hotel is nice and has a beautiful central area. It is relatively close to the center and opposite a department store with a high-end grocery store and delicatessen. It's easy to check in even after their office hours.
The room was much smaller than expected - don't plan to spend much time there. It was not a problem for us, since we were mostly out exploring the city. Also, there is no parking and all the parking in the area is paid. If you have a car, expect to pay additional 25 EUR per day for a parking garage.
Falsely advised by the hotel driving first to the hotel to check to leave luggage, before heading to parking was an option. There is nowhere to park a car, unless you block the way for all other users which the car behind me did not appreciate. Had to leave bags in a hurry, throwing them almost into the hotel, park and rush back for check in as the member of staff was very fast to advise they were leaving at 5 so my bags were not their business. I don't believe if it was not so close to 5 they would have been more helpfu in the situation. However, we happily could have parked first if the hotel was honest about facilities.
Beautiful room, cleanliness, amenities.
There was nothing wrong.
The hotel has a fantastic central location, ideal for exploring Granada on foot. Everything — restaurants, cafés, and main attractions — is easily accessible.
I would not recommend booking with breakfast as the selection is very limited and not convenient. The bathroom sink is awkward to use, there are few hooks in the bathroom, and the bathroom door opens inward, which makes moving around a bit tricky. The Wi-Fi was very weak and unavailable, and even the weak signal didn’t reach all corners of the room.
Clean room and the location was nice.
The room was small and the pillows were not comfortable to sleep on .
Great three-star hotel in the center of Granada! We had a very nice room with a view of a church and the street where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés right outside. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was large. The breakfast isn't served in the hotel, but rather at a nice little café less than 100 meters away. The breakfast was a fixed menu, but it was a lot of excellent and homemade food.
Everything was good!
A good location, with restaurants and pedestrian areas. The hotel and decor were very nice.
A small fridge in the room would have been nice.
I liked that the room was really clean and the hotel as well is clean and looks nice. It is close to everything you need in the central town and easy to go on walking.
We were on the second floor and facing the bizzy street and you can hear everything from the windows as it is not good at all for sound prof. The wift in the bathroom was so loud and old of dust it was unbearable to have it on. The bed was horrible ,every time my partner moved it was like being on a trampoline..so we did spend the most bad night we have ever had in a hotel ..loud noises and bad bad is just the worst . Also we did have some technical problems such as the TV was going on and off by itself in the night and some flickering lights...so maybe there is some ghost in the room I don't know. We are just staying one night and we are not going to book this hotel again.
Staff were helpful, they answer all the questions I have and I loved all their suggestions . The location is very convenience and the room was clean.
The bed is too firm but that is a personal preferences. I suggest adding suitcase rack to the rooms with more than 1 person occupancy
Cleanliness, friendly staff and great breakfast!
A bit noisy late at night because of the location.
Cleanliness. Lovely moorish patio.
Staff inexistant. Only one receptionist from 9 to 5 during weekdays. No breakfast on site. We had to go to a cafeteria outside the hotel. No device to put our suitcases in the bedroom. I have the feeling this hotel is going through remodeling. Lobby and hallways have been repainted but this was not the case for the bed and bed stands in our room which were chipped. Noisy bedrooms. We could hear the TV playing next door.
The ladies at the front desk were helpful.
The room was very old, outdated, with mold in the shower ceiling, the AC was leaking on the bed.
Good-sized room with a comfortable bed, in a very central location surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Clean. Big terrace.
The room was quite dark, and reception staff were only available during certain hours. We had a large terrace, though it faced directly onto the main road.
Big rooms with a good view, clean and good water pressure in the shower. There’s a close-up mirror in the bathroom and a blowdryer. Nice traditional nazar decoration in the little patio.
It looks like the room’s prime days have passed (it could benefit from renovation). Mirror located in a weird angle near the bed head, difficult to access. There was an annoying, bright, blinking blue light on the opposite wall that reflected in the mirror, which really affected my sleep. I booked with the hope of having breakfast included but there was not even a bar inside, just vending machines. And reception is only open from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Getting there by bus from the train station was fairly easy and not too far, about 20 minutes. It was nice being close to the city center, I found that convenient. Overall this hotel was ok.
- location was ok, I thought it would be closer to the main tourist areas like restaurants/shopping (it was a 20+ minute walk, still not too bad)- I didn't love that there was no staff there 24 hrs, i needed help with check out at 6 am and no one was there to help me- I got a room with a terrace (it was huge) however it only had a small table with 2 chairs on the entire terrace, it just felt so empty. You would think if I am paying extra money to have a terrace it is because I want to sit out there and enjoy it but the lack of effort in making it a nice space didn't make me want to sit out there, so I was disappointed honestly. - I think it was expensive hotel for what I got from it. I would not stay here again.
Located in the center not far from the market, the rooms were nice and cosy. The access was easy.
The room and the hotel itself were lovely, but my favorite part was the staff, especially Yaiza. We were visiting right when the power cut happened in Spain and Portugal and she went above and beyond to accommodate all the guests and make sure we are all safe and taken care of. Absolutely promote this girl ❤️❤️❤️❤️Despite the craze of the situation, we loved the place and we're definitely returning next time we go to Spain.
