Pros +
- Hotel employees were the best. We had a couple of problems and Hotel employee was of enormous help. Without him things would have been really difficult. Hotel employee was very helpful and supportive. The hotel staff was the best. A million thank you hotel employees.
- This charming, quaint hotel was the perfect location for a stay while visiting the Alhambra. Set across from the river there are any number of eateries and shops to browse while catching a cab to the Alhambra was a quick ten minute walk. The gentleman at reception was welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend the Casa Morisca to help make your stay in Granada an enjoyable one!
- Location was great, reception was good and staff helpful and friendly. It's an old historic building with lots of character. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that.Overall a good place to stay.
Cons -
- Nothing. It was lovely, quiet, and comfortable.
- Nothing in.patticular , could maybe put a couple of glasses in the room.
- We didn’t like how hot our rooms were and we had to call for assistance to try and get the heat off. We had to sleep with our window into the courtyard open to try and cool things down. Also, our room on the main floor had lots of ants, small ants in the bathroom. We told them about it at the front desk upon departure. We felt we should’ve been reimbursed somewhat, but nothing was offered.

loved the hotel and perfect location.they need to upgrade the television service though --- at least one english news channel site seeing was so easy and the parking was tremendous .directions were superb except the amount of distance from the locked ballards to the hotel ANDmake sure you tell people you are able to go into the bus/taxi restricted lanesa delight
We love the location and the building itself.

The view from our bedroom was almost beyond belief - the Alhambra lit so beautifully at night. Definitely secure room #15!!!
Not a thing.
Excellent location, friendly staff, attractive design
The property is very quiet and cozy. You can look up to the Alhambra from the front door of the hotel. They offer a lovely breakfast in a cozy, below ground room that felt like it was steep in history. There are several outdoor cafes along the river that are affordable places to dine.
Excellent location, friendly service, super clean, really silent, really comfortable
Wi-Fi doesn't work properly
View on Alhambra by night was amazing. Great location. Staff upgraded our room
Not always practical to circulate due to the fact that it is an old building.
The hotel sent me a Whatsapp message a few days before our stay giving detailed instructions on how to reach the hotel by car as you have to pass through a restricted zone to do it. This made it very easy to navigate as Google maps would have taken us the wring way. The room was spotless and comfortable. There was also a kettle so you could make your own coffee and tea.
Not sure if there was a bar in the hotel but we didn't need it anyway as went out for drinks and meals.
The whole place is stunning and the rooms are so nice. Bed and pillows were amazing, so comfortable, we slept so well. The staff is very friendly and very helpful, we are grateful for all their kind gestures and warm welcome. The location of the hotel is spot on! So close to everything.I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family visiting Granada!
The location was excellent! Steps away from bars and restaurants open morning, noon and night. The balcony was amazing, most don't come with chairs, but Casa Morisca did and that was a game changer! Beautiful property and the staff was amenable to all our needs. We would recommend this hotel anyone considering a trip to Granada
Water pressure in the shower was a little touchy.
Great location in terms of being close to sights, restaurants etc. Just hard to drive to with google maps and hotel directions. Made for an interesting start to our vacation. It is in a restricted area. We did ask in advance for parking across from the hotel, which they did do for 5 euro/day, paid in cash in advance. Hotel has an open courtyard, but each room is air conditioned and was lovely. Only 14 rooms total. Enjoyed our stay!
Good location.Easy to find taking cab from Granada bus stop was easy.Very close to Alhambra palace.Scenic yet very safe and cafe restaurant nearby. Its a little steep walk but that’s the beauty.Room was spacious with good interior.Helpful staff and English speakers.I stayed for 2 nights
Lovely traditional hotel in fantastic location. Victor at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Perfect situation, very clean, staff very friendly and parking directly outside of hotel
Pillows were a little too hard
For a small, historic hotel, this was a really nice place. It had a lot of character and a cozy atmosphere. Please note that this hotel is at the slope, so make sure you are used to walk in an elevation.Pro: - Very well located hotel at the Albayzín. It is close to the main tourist attractions. - The bus stop is only around the corner from the hotel. This is super duper helpful, especially if you are too tired after a long walk.- View of Granada from our toilet.- Victor, the receptionist at the front was extremely nice. He made our stay special, as he recommended the best tapas places in in Granada.
Cons:- There is a strong seawage smell came from the bathroom. We just opened the windows to get rid of the smell (and also because the room was too warm.- The insulation wasn’t the best, as we could hear the couple in the next room.
Great location, cute room
If you are coming by car ask for the pdf visual instructions to get to the hotel
The hotel has been beautifully restored and room 15 at the top of the property has lovely views of the Alhambra. It's very comfortable and worth the extra as a treat. The location is excellent and the parking was very useful and cheap. The hotel provided excellent directions as to how to get there as it's in the old town, and all the main sights are easily walkable. The traditional continental breakfast was really good with excellent produce
