    Pros +

    • Very modern and spacious rooms.
    • Staff was great, and the design is truly special.
    • The staff were amazing folks. The hotel was in a great location.

    Cons -

    • Breakfast was expensive if you don't prepay.
    • Bathroom setup wasn't great for two people, but for a short stay it works. Immediate neighborhood is nothing special but it's a shot walk to town. Can to Alhambra or other parts.
    • Absolutely nothing.

Quaint yet luxurious hotel which used to be a palace in the 1800s. We loved the staff as everybody was friendly, knowledgeable and always smiling! The room was really spacious as well as very clean. The location of the hotel was walking distance to most of Granada's lively areas.

    Absolutely nothing.

Great staff, location and restaurant- spa was ok. There was a sewer smell in the spa. Masseuse was great tho. Loved the terrace and breakfast.

Spa bath was broken. Room was just okay- not that comfortable and tv in the wrong wall. Shower/bathroom small. Lamps too big for nightstands and block charger

    6ElizabethPosted on: 9-24-2025

The room and location of hotel was nice, breakfast was good.

The people serving at restaurant were not friendly nor willing to fit 9 people together in the restaurant, arguing that we did not make reservations.

    No complaining about this place

Staff were brilliant. Location is excellent. Spa is small but very good. Evening meal in the restaurant was also very good.

The breakfast options were very limited, especially the cooked breakfast menu.

Everything: the location; our room; the staff; the spa.

    7VickiPosted on: 1-6-2025

The rooms are a good size, very comfortable bed. The location is good. The old building looks impressive and grand in the centre of Granada, the outdoor space is lovely.

The room was very noisy, all glass fronted and not sound proof, you can hear all the street noise. The bathroom was a bit tired and needed some maintenance.

    7EirikPosted on: 1-4-2025

Very nice rooms. Good food at breakfast and good looking premises.

staff were late to ask for eggs and coffee. Ordered eggs came after 25 minutes. The spa is very simple with one small hot pool and two small sauna and steam. Not worth the steep price of the room for the spa, really.

A stunning hotel in a very central location. We were upgraded to a suite which was a wonderful surprise. The suite was beautiful and overlooked the courtyard. The breakfast was excellent with very attentive staff.

    Leaving!

The room was very comfortable and the hotel decor was very nice.

The service was a bit slow and required multiple requests for coffee and long waits to be seated or for drink requests.

    9PaulaPosted on: 10-26-2024

Great location near important popular attractions. . Excellent helpful staff. Spacious clean room. A surprise bottle of cava when they discovered it was my birthday. Wide choice of hot and cold food in breakfast buffet. Attractive old facade with a new extension

Check in check out and breakfast

1st night room 22 on ground floor very noisy as facing street...

    10JenniferPosted on: 10-21-2024

Great location as close to many things but not on a loud area.

We booked for the spa and the facility was closed for repairs. They should have offered a service or something to compensate.

    6JosefPosted on: 10-14-2024

Position and staff was pleasant and helpful. The principle building is nice.

We stayed in the new wing. The room has nice layout and was spacious. The problem is the smell from the drainage in the bathroom which was very unpleasant. Curtains were difficult to handle and don’t cover full windows.
