Pros +
- Location, staff great.
- Location is great, located right below Al Hambra so it's easy to get to it if you're visiting Granada to see Al Hambra. I didn't really have breakfast so I can't comment but there's a lot of food options nearby, especially in the evening.
- The location was perfect for a quick stay in Granada to visit Alhambra and surrounding points of interest. The lobby and restaurant area was charming, and entering the building and the room was super easy once I received the link to the key codes.
Cons -
- 1 long pillow on bed for 2 people not good.
- There was nothing that I didn't like. I think it was a great place to stay, especially if solo-traveling. Though, one thing I'd like to point out is that I had to call the receptionist in order to check in which would've been great if notified beforehand.
- Check in was confusing. I could not get past the online check-in (solo traveler, but it kept wanting details for second guest). This meant I had to call and someone had to come from another location to meet me upon check-in. Likely a communication issue with the app, not with the staff, who were all beyond friendly and accommodating.

Spacious room, with amazing views, historic charm, unbeatable location.
I liked everything.
Absolutely huge bed, beautiful building and room with lots of space. Fantastic location.
It didn't bother us, but the toilet isn't 100% separate from the bedroom, door that can't be locked and the wall doesn't go to the ceiling. Noise from hallway/elevator quite loud, take ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, but probably just how it is with buildings like this. Perhaps a bit dark in the room with a lot of different lights but no main one
The location was central although noisy
They were no staff, you have to contact hotel across the road to check in. Never saw any staff after that, bar never open. Rooms very dark and need upgrades especially the bathroom
Brilliant location in the heart of Granada & near the Alhambra. Quirky hotel & reception space with water feature & bar. Very good value for money.
Our twin room & bathroom was a bit dated but location made up for it.
Location, private parking garage
Basic breakfasts, noise in the night from a boiler or something making a deep humming sound. Leaking shower causing water all on floor. Small room.
The room was clean a spacious. Beds were comfortable. Staff - when they were around - were friendly.
There was never anybody at the reception. You need to call a number or send a message for somebody to show up. Before arrival you gave to fill out an online check in form with many details. The reason why I usually prefer hotels over other forms of accommodation is, that I get a little bit of service. But they seem to optimize there processes in the direction of guest self service.Furthermore the bathroom had a slight seweage smell - but it was clean.
Location.
Smell in the room. The bathroom shower was leaking all over the bathroom floor.
Old Historical Charm and clean
Parking is in a different location
We got there 3 hours before check-in, idea was to drop bags and have a mooch around, but the told us the room was ready and checked us in. Really good value at €73 for the night and very central to shopping and touristy stuff. Would reccomend for a short stay.
Location was beautiful lovely style hotel
Parking could not find to suggest clear instructions provided to guests before arriving
Location I great, the staff is friendly and cooperative, the room was clean and well equipped.
Wi-Fi was a joke, always disconnecting and weak. The shower cabin door was not aligned properly so there was always water on the floor after taking shower.
So convenient to everything. Right in a plaza with restaurants, buses and taxis at your doorstep.
Fridge not working but acknowledged. Unable to get a kettle.
The age and history. Clean. Close to Alhambra. Great room. Helpful staff.
Really great location and lovely atrium restaurant. However, the bathroom was plagued by a sewage smell. It stayed contained as long as we kept the bathroom door closed, I understand that old buildings might suffer but it was pretty bad at times.
Central location for tours and restaurants.
We didn't get to stay at the Casa Palacio Pilar del Toro as we were persuaded to stay at the Plaza Neuval where we checked in and where parking was close. We had driven for over 5 hours so was tired by the time we checked in. Parking was a nightmare. It was more dated than the photos that we saw for hotel we booked. The restaurant was not opened, but for breakfast choices were limited.
