    Pros +

    • Didn’t get notifications of a breakfast until I asked reception day #2. Never ate there.
    • The people was very friendly, good atmosphere .central location love it good price
    • This lovely small hotel is in a perfect location! We walked everywhere from here. The staff is helpful and professional. We’d stay here again.

    Cons -

    • Rate went up for 2 nd night without notice & when I asked reception day, they blamed it on Booking.com.Crazy 10-12 people in lobby, busy @ check-in reception desk Friday, Saturday & Sunday & reception tells Us to get on Booking.com as opposed to handling the reservation themselves. Poor business practices!
    • Limited electric plugs, Rooms need some updating, check-in person was kind but spoke at lightening speed so it was difficult to absorb the tourist information
    • The room hadn't been cleaned for months. Dust and hair everywhere, the toilet was dirty, even the room smelled of sewage and urine, we couldn't open the window because the view was of a closed dirty courtyard and sewage. We left after one day instead of the two we booked and still had to pay for 2 days because they told us it was booking.com policy and told us to complain to them. We would have left immediately, but it was after 10 pm, and we were with a child, so we still slept there that night after we disinfected the bathroom. I believe that this room is not normally rented out, we booked it a few days before. The apartment we moved to the next day costed us only 4 euros more, and it was perfect, I gave it 10. Booking.com has not yet resolved our complaint or refunded the money for the day we didn't stay there (it's been 3 weeks since we checked in).

Spacious room. Right in the center of the city center. Shopping, eating and attractions where on walking distance. And, public transport is right at the door or at short walking distance.

The location is in the very center of the city. The sheets were clean. The receptionists were friendly.

    Location was decent.

Temperature was unbearable, A/C was very poor, no individual control of it, we were sweltering hot. Breakfast was terrible, not worth the charge. Out of the 4 hotels we stayed at in 10 days in Spain this one was a huge disappointment. Not recommended.

Price was excellent value. Great location, right in the middle of major shopping street. Plenty of restaurants and eating options. 7 euro taxi to Alhambra. Tiny rooms but quiet and clean. Great A/C ! Didn't take the breakfast option but it was available. Parking was convenient (19 euro per day). Staff was soooo polite and efficient. Made you feel like you were doing them a favor!

Walls are paper thin. We had rooms on different floors --- one of us found it extremely quiet and peaceful, and the other had some trouble with noise from other rooms. Might consider earplugs next time. Very basic, no amenities. I will stay here next time I visit Granada, but I'll bring a water heater and instant coffee.

Excellent location, in the middle of the downtown shopping area near all sightseeing points. Rooms are very clean double roo is spacious and comfortable. WIFI signal was excellent. The front desk is open 24/7 which is very imortant if you are leaving hotel late night/early morning.

One of the receptionists was not particularly helpful and nice, the younger ones were excellent. The brekfast should have more options and there is only one person serving it. The AC is positioned right oposit of bed, which makes it impossible to hae AC on during night. :(

    Breakfast and location were great

Room 507....only one outlet to choose from plugging in your television OR fridge....kind of wierd.

    8BrucePosted on: 5-16-2025

The location is perfect for walking to most of the significant tourist areas and historic sites of Grenada. The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving directions. We arranged a Flamenco show and we're picked up and dropped off by a shuttle outside the hotel entrance. The hotel is close to the train station and it only cost about 6 or 7 euros to catch a taxi.

The breakfast at the hotel was okay, but there was a limited menu compared to breakfasts we had at other hotels throughout Spain.

    7MariaPosted on: 4-25-2025

The location was good, very close to the center of the city, in a nice area.

You could hear the other guests talking. There is a bar in the terrace of the hotel, where very young people attends, it can get loudly.

    5JuliaPosted on: 4-23-2025

The bar upstairs was great and the waiters great!

The room a bit small, it says a fridge in each room I didn't have one!Too much noise you can hear them tidying up bottles up stairs the cleaners shouting at one another early morning

    6ArshedPosted on: 4-17-2025

Excellent location, very clean, staff was helpful

Breakfast was rationed to 1 hot drink, 1 soft drink, 1 croissant or toast, and no kettle in the room.

    7JamesPosted on: 4-5-2025

    Convenient overnight travel

Tiny room, slamming doors, loud/unruly guests

    8FinanPosted on: 4-5-2025

Very reasonable and very central, right in the heart of Granada

    No fridge in room

    8nandrePosted on: 3-31-2025

I did not like the open blanket, with a sheet only under the blanket.I liked the location. I liked the roof top terace for morning cofee.

    8RogerPosted on: 3-30-2025

Location was good and the beds were very comfortable. The set breakfast was excellent

Room were on the tight side as was the bathroom.

    8Teresa L.Posted on: 3-24-2025

Simple and very clean, no frills accommodations near tourist attractions, restaurants, and in the heart of the shopping center.

The walls are so thin you can hear guests nearby and above/below you. Wish they had a mini refrigerator in the room.
