- Great location, very helpful staff, gave great recommendations for places to eat
- Very pretty and perfect location! Staff was incredible! They really made our stay so pleasant. Always helping and even made us a breakfast to take when we left at 530am. Tons of restaurants right outside the door. Thank you to all of you at Palacio De Los Navos. Will definitely recommend this boutique hotel to anyone coming to Granada.
- beautiful historic building, tasteful decor, quiet, well-tended
Cons -
- Was bit noisy but it was a Saturday night and there are lots of busy bars close by, didn’t disturb my stay.
- The room was small and breakfast is not worth the money
- If you’re sensitive to noise from the street or hallway, this hotel may not be for you. The sounds from nearby restaurants can be heard in the room from the street. I personally slept well with earplugs :-)

The room was small and breakfast is not worth the money
A truly beautiful small hotel in an excellent central location. The breakfast was good, especially the fresh juice. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and the main sights of the city as well as the bus stops were all close by. The staff was very friendly.

The location. It is right in the center and close to the nightlife. The facilities were perfectly nice.
The location. There are several very noisy bars right outside, and they stay open well into the small hours. Also, it’s impossible to get hot water in the shower - it never gets hotter than lukewarm, despite there being plenty of it in the tap and bidet.
A great location in the city, the hotel was comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were some lovely touches, such as the refreshments provided.
Nothing really, as you are in a busy area it was a little noisy into the early hours but this isn’t the hotels fault.
Located at the town centre, lots of restaurant and shops. Spacious premium double room, with a sofa and desk. Excellent reception staff and tried to help to adjust the room temperature. Although not many choices of food at breakfast, the fresh orange juice and fresh fruits in glass were just amazing.
The room temperature was too high and the remote control of the air conditioner could not adjust the room temperature properly, so I have to wake up in the middle of the night to turn the heat off. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the floor tiles became so wet after shower. There is strange smell (like arising from the sewage?) from the bathroom at my second night stay, since I returned to room so late, I don't want to bother to change to ask for assistance or change of room.
Well located. Clean. Bed is comfy. Water kettle and teabags on the first floor available. Good value.
All good.

Beds were a little hard but still slept ok
This was a beautiful small hotel which really looked after you. The staff were helpful all enquiries and directions. The room was clean and beautifully presented. Coffee and tea were available in the common area 24/7. We had a delicious breakfast each morning which included juice, fresh fruit, cereal/museli, yoghurt, bread, croissant, meat, cheese, jams etc. it is walkable from train station though easy to catch no.4 for €1.50. We walked to Alhambra from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we made it back to Spain. Close to the markets where we had the best seafood paella of our stay.
Nothing!
Lovely decor, very clean and comfortable, good location
There was a smell that I thought was just due to the age of the building. There was no fan in the bathroom so I had to keep the windows open. My room was street side so I ‘enjoyed’ all the happy locals til 5 am. It was the weekend and they stay out late. I forgot about that. But the hotel switch my room after the 2nd night when I couldn’t stand the smell or noise any longer.
Location and cleanliness
A little noisy at night but that’s to be expected in a city center location
it’s a nice boutique hotell on a busy street in central Granada, 25 min walk from Alhambra without a restaurant, breakfast or parking. There is two parking places with in 5 min walk from the hotell and the town is having of great restaurants and cafes, so that was no problem
We were in room 13 on the first floor facing the very busy street, where some of the restaurants didn’t close until 3am, that meant it was very noisy. In hindsight I should have asked for a quiet room. We sleep with earplugs which did help. The Trex Parking which we used was closed Saturday evening at 1am and reopened again Sunday morning at 8AM, for us it would have been better if the Parking place recommendation had been for a place that was open 24/7, as we had to get to the Malaga airport for 10am.( we got there in time)
The hotel is appealing, with character
The heating didn't function for a couple of days as the air conditioning system was still working, even though the external climate had changed a couple of days earlier. The cakes offered at breakfast were from the supermarket and rather dry.
The hotel was very central with nicely designed and well-sized rooms.
The noise level from outside at night was unbelievably loud. We struggled to sleep every night and it had a huge impact on our visit to Granada. I wish I had booked a different hotel. Given that the hotel is centrally located and money has clearly been spent on the interior decoration, it was very disappointing to see that not only had they not attempted to put proper sound insulation on the windows, some of the windows didn't even close fully.
This hotel had a perfect location for walking to the Alhambra, walking to many great restaurants and tapas bars and was close enough to the Albaczin neighborhood. The staff were all so nice and accomodating.
The location was good, despite being right in middle of a lot of noise , it was pretty quiet in the room if the AC was on.Very clean bedding an slept very well .Allowed us to leave luggage for a few hours which was very helpful .The communal area smelt very nice
We had two rooms and in one room the AC was not working .Size of double room was very small but twin room was a good size for Spain. Quality of shampoo and conditioner provided was very bad , my hair felt like a mess all day. The towels provided left white fluff in my hair and it was impossible to comb out !There is only one iron in the entire hotel and there was a problem with the plug and the staff was not helpful at all about it .
The staff were extremely helpful and gracious and also very understanding when my stay had to be cut short. It was also a beautiful building with beautiful rooms. Great area, very central.
You can clearly hear noises from neighbouring rooms
