The electric vehicle Chargers seem to not function well, this is a big deal for someone who drives an EV!

Staff were professional and amiable.

No robe and no slipper which you expect a the star level.

Convenient location to great shopping, wonderful food & sights. The staff was very friendly, helpful & met my needs!!

Great hotel we had an opportunity to upgrade to give us a room that had a Birdseye view of Granada at Christmas

Location is great, right in town, main attractions are at walking distance, shops, cathedral, Alhambra, and many more.The hotel is very cute, the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the rooms are very comfy, and so is the bed. In the room, you have a coffee machine and tea, and a mini bar. The bathroom is very spacious. There is a parking garage right in the back of the hotel with the elevator going directly to the hotel reception.Breakfast is great too.

The location and hotel are fantastic

I am repeating this hotel as the first time I received a room with natural light that was great. This time, same dates and same price, I had an interior room that was very dark and made it not worth it for me. Also I supposedly booked a “superior” room. Very misleading.

Great location to easily access restaurants and sights.

The reception staff can be friendlier but other staff (restaurant and bell hop) were very cordial and helpful.

Everything and everyone! Couldn’t ask for a better location; within minutes of the cathedral , monuments and great restaurants. Only time we used transportation was to visit the La Alhambra. Staff couldn’t be more welcoming or helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

All good, no complaints whatsoever

We loved the staff - they were extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were quite spacious and very comfortable. The location was fantastic right in central area within walking distance to many of the top sites.

The sound proofing was not very good. We had an internal room and we couldn’t hear noise from outside but anytime someone walked passed the room or closed a door it was very loud :(
