What we liked was that the room was Central and accessible.Staff were cordial for the most part.

What we didn't like was the toilets. Unfortunately they leaked from the shower. It was always wet. The rooms were not satisfactorily cleaned. There was a chewing gum on one side of the bed that remained even after cleaning.The room was too small for the price paid and so was the bed. Unfortunately not worth the price.

First time booking a 2 star hotel and so went in with super low expectations. Look it's 2 star. But it was clean, the staff were great and the location was fine. You get what you pay for and in this case it was great. And as a big bonus it had rituals shower gel and hair conditioner. We didn't expect that. And the sheets were nice and it had aircon.

Again, it's 2 star so I don't think we can be too harsh. It was fine.

The location was very convenient and in a nice area. Easy to access bus lines and very walkable from the train station. They were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and we just felt so welcomed from beginning to end.The suite was very nice with a HUGE jacuzzi tub in the room. Bring bath salts if you want to make it extra luxurious. We weren’t able to find any in town.

It was convenient to many tourist attractions or transportation.

The room was very small and had no desk.

All was good. There's convenient parking to rent for 18 EUR / night, 3 min walk away.

Very nice renovated hotel. Rooms are small but really nicely decorated. Nice design and really good breakfast in an outside little Coffeeshop. Staff was really helpful and took great care of me. I had to send a really important letter to the hotel and as promised they called me immediately when they received it at the reception.

Rooms were a bit small and AC a bit old fashioned but the rest was really fine.

Location and price. Check-in 12:00 PM check-out also 12:00 PM This is a very good timing for Europe.

Around 10:30 PM, someone was locked in the bathroom next door. They tried to get them out until midnight. It was certainly an unintentional occurrence, but the guests in other rooms should have been considered and handled with minimal noise. The walls were very thin, and all conversations in the adjacent rooms could be heard. Moreover, there was an air conditioner or fan controlled outside the room, making the room very cold. Finally, the sheets were stained, and the room had a foul smelling.

It was in a great location - very central and close to any of the attractions which we were keen to see.

The bathroom was a tight squeeze - not much room between the sink and the toilet

Amazing staff and location and for a quick one night was okay but the noice from the other rooms was so loud you couldn’t sleep. If you need an airport hotel or one night brilliant but you couldn’t go on holiday here with the thin walls

Very nice hotel in the center. The room was not so big but it was ok. We were only for one night. Very clean and cosy. The only thing that was not ok that in booking the address is wrong and we took a lot of time to find the hotel and had to call 3 times before finding the hotel. But everything else was ok.

Excellent location, the reception staff was more than friendly. The breakfast at the café nearby was decent. It is impossible to find parking except in public garages

Very nice location. Close to some main tourist attractions with lots of restaurants in the area. The room was quiet at night even though it was facing the main street. The room was clean and cozy and very good value.

great location, very central. bedrooms quite compact, but fine for a few days. breakfast provided in nearby cafe. only downside was lack of lift.good value for money overall- would recommend.

Great location. Cathedral 10 minute walk. Lots of food and drink options. Breakfast provided at a couple of near by cafes....both very good.

Walls are pretty thin..hope for quiet neighbours.

The room and bathroom are really small. There is no trash can in the room. On the floor in the bathroom were someone's hair when I arrived, in the room were ?. Soundproofing is really bad, I could hear everything in my room from the hall.

Tricky to find, as was the parking garage.Asked for early check in at 12, had to wait an hour in reception ( coffee machine was broke)to finally get only 1 of our 2 rooms. The other wasn’t available till later. Small room, and very small bathroom.No lift.Breakfast in a cafe 5 mins walk away.If you don’t speak any Spanish it will be tough to converse with the staff, the night time receptionist didn’t speak any English.
