Hotel Rosa De oro

Very charming ambience in décor, architecture, and location. The staff was flawless in their hospitality. Regardless of the very easy price I would seek this place out again without a doubt!

Hotel is in a lovely location, very close to alhambra and plaza nueva. Staff were lovely & very helpful.

Bathroom did have a slight smell & the walls are quite thin.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable room. Great views facing the river Darro and the Alhambra Torre de la Vela. It's an easy and enjoyable walk to the main city hall square and city centre. Close to Plaza Nueva with plenty of tapas bars and restaurants. Also next to the hotel there are little gift shops, cafes and restaurants.

The room are not soundproofing so you could hear people speaking next door. And the room is facing the street so it could be a bit noisy.

Great location with views of Alhambra, walking distance to the Albaicín, and the center of be city.

Coffee should be free :) in the lobby!

The staff was friendly and facility was okay.

The staff was not present in the morning(8am) so I needed to contact staff additionally to leave my luggage after checkout.

Amazing location on the river and with the Alhambra view. Really atmospheric and romantic room with the balcony and high wooden ceilings. Great shower. Comfy bed. Warm and cosy and nicely decorated room with a good atmosphere. Felt very peaceful.

Not 24 hr reception if you need that, and no coffee/tea in the room.

Updated historic hotel in perfect location. Helpful staff, comfortable bed and pillows and nice large bathroom. Clean! Appreciated holding our bags for early arrival and late departure.

Loved the front desk staff - helpful and friendly. The historical building and location in the Albaicin neighborhood was wonderful - like stepping back in time. Nice shower.

I was fine with everything at the hotel, and would stay again because of the staff and its inherent charm. I think some travelers may be expecting more luxury, but this is an older historical building.

Lovely, stunning location, with a view of the Alhambra from our balcony. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Location and authenticity

Fixtures and fittings need attention one of two glass bed side shelves missing the other one cracked - small bed side lights (reading lights) didn’t have a means of independent operation

Location.,staff and in my case view to the street but paid more to get that.

Bathroom ceiling leaked from upper Bathroom. Balcony door was difficult to open and close and Handle of balcony door was sharp ..elevator use was complicated because we had to go through an adjacent restaurant on street level to get our luggage to the first floor where the reception was located but I understand the hotel is an old bulding..also the Bathroom supply of body gel and shampoo etc was poor.i would not stay at this hotel if I visit Granada again.

Uncleaned sheets.Mattress springs hurting our backs.Bathroom unclean & practically no shampoos & soaps. No room phones.No night clerk. Hotel is abandoned at night.

Perfect location, especially for visiting Alhambra. Late check-in was easy, staff was very friendly! Building is pretty.

Room was rather basic and a little worn out. It was not the most modern facilities either. Good for one night.

Beautiful medieval building; wonderfully clean; lovely en-suite; very helpful and friendly staff whose English was good.

The breakfasts could have been more continental - prewrapped pastries are not especially appetising. The bath towels could have been thicker.
