    Cons -

    • Our room was freezing. We wore down parkas but were still terribly cold. We were told that the central heat was off. The very nice staff brought extra blankets and a space heater (which was ineffective, unfortunately).
    • The hotelIs immaculate and we had a deluxe room wit the view of the Alhambra. Very suggestive. The staff was nice, discreet and helpful.
    • Nothing negative at all. It was all wonderful.

We absolutely loved this hotel. A great location, very central but in a quiet side street with views of the Alhambra from upstairs. Charming, rustic and elegant and a central courtyard with plants galore. Friendly and attentive staff who clearly care about the hotel and lots of unexpected free " extras" like a bottle of cava in the room upon arrival, free tea and coffee all day and a light afternoon tea every day ! We recommend it wholeheartedly.

Nothing negative at all. It was all wonderful.

Location is very walkable to all the tourists attractions. The decor combines traditional tavernas and modern facility. Really good value for money. Very friendly staff, we have 2 complimentary cava during our stay.Definitely wiill stay there again.

We stayed in Feb (winter) , so the room is really hot because of the heater. It is centralized heating, so we can't switch it to cold air either.Once the staff gave us fan is better.

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. We loved the traditional look of the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was also excellent with only a few minutes walk to Alhambra Castle and the centre of Granada.

    10JillPosted on: 2-7-2026

Luxury hotel with lots of added extras: tea time treats on arrival, bottle of Cava in room, staff who went out of their way to help. An oasis in the city.

This is a very charming hotel that is in a great location, located directly at the base of the hill on which the Alhambra is located. It is within easy walking distance of many restaurants. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The hotel offers a "tea" to all guests in the late afternoon that includes beverages and small items to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Although the afternoon tea is advertised as taking place over several hours, we learned that unless we showed up within the first 30 minutes of so, there would be nothing left to eat. To be sure, we may have been there with a particularly hungry group of guests.

Great location in beautifully restored building.

Whirring sound from vent in room. Spoke to staff at reception & they turned it off as it was a main vent system for hotel & not for room. Issue with shower flooding bathroom even when shower door was tightly shut. I explained to reception staff before departure as this needs to be rectified. Was allocated downstairs room by hotel entrance which was fine for January & I was leaving early but would not be quiet during busier months or for day resting. Would stay again but ask for different room.

    Central location, kind/helpful staff.

We had Room 1, which is right next to the hotel entry. We could hear every conversation in the lobby and in the alleyway. Our room smelled a bit of sewage, and there was a fan turning on/off throughout the night.

Lovely property. 24 hours coffee and tea which meant that my little girl could always get fresh milk from the pantry. Friendly staff.

Beautiful Property close to square but hidden from the crowds. Everything within walking distance. Very nice staff who gifted us champagne for our anniversary. Room Was comfortable and beautiful but small. Breakfast was great.

Room was small. Tub was very slippery.

Very nice lobby, well located. A little bit of a foot hike in order to arrive to the hotel ( like most in Granada)

Room # 4 lacks a bit of privacy. Located right outside of the main lobby.

    10EdwardPosted on: 1-19-2026

Incredible location, beautifully appointed room, very helpful staff. We will stay here if in Granada again.

Nothing could have been better at this hotel. It was fantastic.

I liked the friendliness of the staff

I didn’t like the cockroaches in the room, the fact that my room was easily to see into from the common dining/lounge areas, and the lack of apologies from the staff regarding the multiple cockroaches we encountered during our stay. Maybe this is just to be expected? I also didn’t feel I got a good rundown of the things to do/visit in Granada. If the staff had asked, we would have told them we were planning to go to Alhambra and didn’t want to walk. Maybe they could have directed us towards a bus system that would drive us up to Alhambra. Instead we did the brutal walk, during one of the hottest days of the year

The location is was perfect! Near all main attractions and a lovey area for dining and enjoying the slow down vibe.
