Very close to train station. Very clean and staffs attentive. Away from the crowded areas. We like it been away from crowd but for some may not be good,

AC wasn¿t working, we were told it was ¿heating season¿ and the system hadn¿t been switch over yet. Unacceptable since it¿s was 70 degrees outside. The room was so stuffy and uncomfortable we left and booked another hotel.
Absolutely amazing location, super comfortable bed, lovely views of the plaza. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of storage space in the room.
Confusing entrance -- we walked all the way around the building twice before figuring out how to get in. And the bathroom was inconveniently organized.
It reminded me like a young hip European Hotel W chain.
No real check in services. They did not have a front desk, concierge, bell hop or other hotel services. Just a young person with an Ipad over a very small podium. They looked more concern about using the space normally for a front lobby as a night club.
