The home-like feeling. Overall a great experience.

Wish we had been told prior to arriving that the streets were closed. My husband had a hip replacement and I have bad knees. If we'd known HOW FAR we had to walk to get to public transportation, we would have booked a different hotel. Eggs were cold

The hotel is in a great Central location near to lots of bars and restaurants.The staff were really helpful and friendly.The room was very comfortable and clean with a good shower.We opted for the hotel breakfast which was very good with plenty of choice.We would definitely stay here again. It was a recommendation from friends who stayed last year.

There was a lot of noise from construction work near the hotel, and the TV is very small and outdated. The air conditioning is very noisy at night, so I was unable to rest properly during my stay

The location of the hotel was perfect. It truly couldn’t be better. The beds were very comfortable, the room heated up well, and the shower had great water pressure.

However, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was very weak, and the shower head had visible mold, which is something that needs much more attention in terms of hygiene.

Great location close to the city centre and main attractions. Kettle and fridge in room. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Our room faced onto a brick wall and there was a construction site right next door. Triple room was quite small. There was no mirror in the bedroom (only the bathroom) which made it tricky for 3 people to get ready in the morning.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, the shower was the best we have had on our travels. Very clean. Would definitely return and would recommend to friends.

Can’t think of any negatives. The rooms are small but very adequate and expected. Bathroom was a good size.

Our room was spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable. Having the terrace to sit outside, enjoying the panoramic views from the Sierra Nevada through to the entrance to the Alhambra was an absolute delight.Breakfast was comprehensive.

There could have been a little night light in the toilet area.

Simply perfect: the location, the staff, the cleanliness, the room in terms of size and comfort, and last but not least the tasty and varied breakfast. Great value for money!

Lovely hotel in a small side street right in the middle of the old town. Just a short walk to Reyes Catolico street and the Plaza Bib-Rambla. Clean, modern en-suite room with comfortable bed. Lots of pavement bars and restaurants on the street, but still quiet at night. Friendly staff - were happy to arrange taxis for us to the Alhambra and the railway station. (You could walk to the Alhambra from the hotel, but it’s a 30-40 min walk uphill, which might be a bit much for some people on a warm day - better to get a taxi for €10 max).

A very nice hotel, very sweet rooms! Having a fridge in the room is definitely a plus, especially when it's summer and you need to have things cooled! Great location. Even the bus stop to go to Alhambra is 3' by foot.
