Great location.

Small rooms with minimal bathroom size.

The location is great.

There were ants in the room around the refrigerator. Neither the TV or Heat/AC remotes worked. Dropped them at desk to have batteries changed while we were out. Picked both up on way back up to room and the room reaked of being sprayed with insecticid.

Beautiful and historic! The staff was so kind and helpful!

Convenient location right near the Darro riverside, 1 minute to the center at Plaza Nueva and easy access to Alhambra. Room and lobby are nicely decorated in the local building style.

Amount of cloth hangers were insufficient, and the old building meant less noise isolation from people talking loudly outside.

I picked this hotel primarily for it's central location in"old town" Granada, but also because it is a historic building. As a 16th century elegant home it has unique character that was a delight to experience. The breakfast was excellent, a great way to start your day.

Some bathrooms were a bit small. This was not a real issue for me. And it is totally understandable as the original home would not have had a bathroom for each bedroom and it must have been difficult to add the bathrooms and maintain it's authentic architecture.

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Staff were very nice and accessible.

The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful and attentive (even with the inevitable language snafus). The location was perfect. We would stay at the Casa del Capitel again for sure!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was very well arranged, clean, and cozy.A special appreciation to the hotel management for the lovely surprise of chocolates and a thoughtful message in our room for our anniversary celebration, it was such a beautiful and memorable gesture ??❤️I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Granada and looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Excellent location. Very service oriented staff. Close to an extremely professional but not too touristy flamenco show and the Palacio Flamenco Granada

Room was fine - no complaints. Staff at front desk and breakfast room were exceptional! They were so helpful and friendly. This makes a big difference in our overall experience. Location, although needing a taxi to get to, is excellent for sightseeing and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay here. It was my partner's birthday and Raoul went out of his way to find us a treat with a candle which he delivered to our room along with a complimentary bottle of bubbly. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is full of character.

The hotel is the Renaissance-style early 16th century building, and the entire place looked like a charming museum! The bed was comfortable, the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location was just perfect.

The entrance was a little hard to find at first.

The location was great.

Our room was small and dark. It felt dirty. The maintenance was sloppy in that there was stain and paints splatters on the tile and woodwork.

So cute and quaint! Great location! Easy access to restaurants, tours, views off the Alhambra just 5 minutes up the hill.

Getting to the Alhambra required a taxi ride.
