They forgot to clean our room

It is indeed in a good location in Granada. You can walk to the train station. In fact it is better to walk than to take a taxi in busy hours.

Check in takes a bit too long. They do old-school check-ins, so it can take a while to receive your room key.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Granada Center — it’s a beautiful property with a stunning indoor reception and high ceilings that make a great first impression. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Granada on foot. We didn’t need to opt for breakfast as so many great cafés were just steps away.The staff were courteous and professional, and we were especially grateful when they confirmed they had safely kept our forgotten iPad after checkout — a big relief! One thing to note: there was a parking fee we didn’t expect, but that’s part of the hotel policy and clearly stated.Overall, a comfortable, elegant, and well-located hotel — would definitely recommend for a stay in Granada!

Excellent facility, rooms large and comfy. Generous breakfast Friendly staff The facility has a restaurant with quite affordable prices. Their tapas were delicious.

Just a minor detail. They seem to be making modifications to the facility and because of this (they said) an unpleasant smell can be perceived in the bathroom. However, the staff were always ready to come up and apply disinfectant to the drains.

Conveniently located to various restaurants, sights, etc.

Very uncomfortable beds. One of the elevator doors was so loud when it opened, you couldn’t sleep.

We had a huge bed, we were glad we had 2 nights in. Great location and very clean.

First of all, the check-in staff (specifically Marcus) was extremely professional. He provided us with every detail, big and small, regarding our stay in Granada, and gave us all the recommended places to visit. The room was very tidy and comfortable.

The location of the hotel was a bit far from the city center, and although we booked a room with a balcony, the room itself was a bit small for a couple. I expect that the rooms without a balcony are slightly bigger.

It was a little bit of a walk or a short uber ride from the center. If you really want to be super close to the center probably not the best but other than that great hotel
