Central location. Very cute, large, clean, and functional apartment. Complimentary water was provided and replenished every day. At the reception, an Italian girl named Gaia gave us valuable information for our stay, including what to visit and where to eat in Granada. The only downside was that there was just one roll of toilet paper, but once we mentioned it at reception, they immediately brought us more. Breakfast is served at the bar across the street, very good, though a bit limited in quantity. The young man at the bar was sweet and very kind. I had the most delicious yogurt with muesli and chocolate of my life, while the young woman was not friendly at all. Finding someone so unfriendly first thing in the morning, especially while on vacation, is not the best way to start the day.

More precise information should be provided about what is included in the breakfast served at the bar across the street.

Th llocation was perfect. The room was equipped with everything one needed. Very clean and bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Everything looked new and well taken care off. It even had a washing machine. Will definetly be back.

All was good. Tea and coffee was available. Room was comfortable including bathroom and kitchen. Communication with staff was just great. I had a problems with entering hotel on a second day as access code was not working anymore, but it was resolved fairly quick.

One of the main tools in kitchen was missing - Corkscrew. Also some kitchen towels would be nice to have. Floor was covered with dust which was collected by my socks.

Excellent facilities, they upgraded our room on arrival, a beautiful room, very well equipped, comfy bed, everything was amazing, also the stuff was vary caring and always helpful.

The bathroom was a bit cold, no matter that we turned the heating on, in the bathroom it remained colder. Not a dealbreaker though, maybe it was also because we had very bad weather.

No parking close by. Can be loud from either noisy parties checking in after hours or street noise early.

The hotel is great. The location is great for exploring the city on foot. If you are driving, there is a garage with a decent price very close by. I recommend it.

It was great to have staff on-site at the front desk, which made everything very convenient. The aparthotel itself had good facilities, and the bed was very comfortable.

The parking area was somewhat tricky to locate, and having visual instructions beforehand would have been helpful

We loved everything about our stay here. It was easy to get to from Granada train station (10 minutes walk). It is adjacent to Gran Via de Colon and is a straight route to the city Centre. The lobby and the apartment is clean, it came with all the amenities we needed and more. Hotel staff were on-site and friendly. Overall, the most pleasant stay we had in Spain.

The price was amazing for a place of this size. It had a cute little kitchenette, and the table was perfect — we used it all the time. Having a lounge area was such a bonus too; it was great to come back, relax on the couch, and just chill for a bit. It was perfect, and we really enjoyed staying here.

It was honestly very hard to find anything we didn’t like about the apartment. If we had to mention one small thing, it would be that one of the bed heads slightly covered an electrical socket, which made it a bit inconvenient to charge a phone next to the bed. As a result, we had to leave one phone charging in the kitchen area. It was a very minor issue overall.

Well appointed and extremely well located apartment for exploring Granada. The beds were wonderfully comfortable.

Could use wine glasses and a corkscrew (so much wonderful Spanish wine to try) but it gave me the excuse to buy a souvenir Granada corkscrew which will travel with me from now on!

The design of the building especially the open layout staircase makes the noise travel through building. The noise insulation is not great, we could not sleep because we could hear people talking even on the street well after midnight.
