Front desk staff slow They said it was a new system but should not have taken so long for check in

Shut out to hotel employee and his morning coworker, also to employee and his night coworker for all their assistance. They made sure we didn't miss anything in Granada.

Location is great, the solarium is really good to suntanning, breakfast was delicious. Reception desk people super efficient and friendly. I recommended 100%

They had parking available Very good breakfast

A lovely hotel, with modern interior and excellent guest rooms. Centrally located making it easy to explore the area on foot.

The view was amazing! I loved the room. The location was perfect to see everything.

The pool was very tiny and cold, but I’m sure a welcome in the summer.

Great location, quite close to all attractions. Large comfortable airy room, if a little dark. Small fresh pool on the roof with wonderful views.

Cleanliness Facilities Air conditioning was not working well

Everything. Location was great, short walk to restaurants. Staff very helpful, attentive, and organized. Breakfast delicious. Room exceeded expectations. They have a pillow menu!

The location was great. It was close to everything, the cathedral, the market and the tapas restaurants. Parking was definitely a plus.

One of the reception staff was quite condescending, The toiletries in the bathroom could be more generous, the hairdryer has a very short cord, and it is difficult to style your hair while drying it.

The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. It’s a c15 min brisk walk from the train station. The staff were friendly & any taxis we requested arrived within a few minutes. We had the junior suite with the outdoor terrace which was fun - the jacuzzi takes quite a while to fill up though! It was my husband’s birthday whilst we were there & we were touched that they left a card & a bottle of Prosecco for him. The tiny plunge pool (it isn’t a swimming pool as described!) & loungers on the roof was a nice spot to chill out at the end of a busy day exploring. The breakfast offerings were perfectly satisfactory to set you up for the day.

The smell in our room wasn’t great, so we had to open the doors straight away to get some fresh air in which was a bit ironic as the first floor was all about ‘smell’…The hairdryer was so weak it wasn’t worth the effort & the soap supplied was tiny - a refillable container of hand wash would be more sustainable & a more pleasant user experience but these are small negatives in the greater scheme of things!

Clean and neat room, rooftop with a pool has nice view over the city, although pool was cold (mid April).Location is very central, walking distance to everything

There is a parking under the hotel, but you need to book it in advance

Centre location to all the attractions, plenty of restaurants around, shops.

The location was fantastic easy walk to cathedral and chapel also walked to Albaicin and Moorish quarter many restaurants and shops close by

Breakfast were fine, with a good selection of items on the buffet.

The decor of the rooms is appalling !! Horrible color schemes - all in BLUE, with terrible, tacky photo-wallpaper murals throughout.

I booked the junior suite because it had a jacuzzi and sun loungers on the terrace. In reality they could not be used as it was overlooked by the other rooms above and also apartment next door

At times there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke noticeable in the room

excellent location, very nice, clean and spacious hotel and rooms, nice breakfast, hotel looks better than just 3 stars :)
