Eurostars Puerta Real

Bed was terrible ¿ two small, uncomfortable mattress shoved together that bounced and squeaked every time you moved. And the towels felt old and cheap, not at all plush like you would normally find in a nice hotel like this.

Rooms were spartan, not even a chair or small table. Walls are made of tissue paper. Smoke detector was right over he bed and flashed a white light every 10 seconds.I counted. Safe was not secured and did not function. Ony two electric outlets.

It was central and close to all activities and restaurants.

Our room was noisy as it backed onto an alley with a lot of noise at night.

The room's door was difficult to be opened and closed. It was reported and tried to fix it but it wasn't fixed eventually. Housekeeping are taking very long time to provide you with what you requested.

Friendly staff, spacious modern style room, nice closet storage space, central location.

Firm mattress and flat pillows. We had some trouble getting the thermostat to work. The bathroom doesn't seem to ventilate during showers, so it gets very humid.

This is one of those places that just do everything right. Check in, breakfast, tourist info. Spa room is super nice, Staff is top notch and very helpful. Check out was easy. Beds and sheets are excellent .

We were very happy with this hotel during our stay. It has a great location in central Granada, making it easy to walk and check out all the sites. The staff were very kind and helpful on check-in, offering some recommendations of sites and restaurants to try. The room was comfortable and clean, offering everything we needed. It was a nice touch to be able to use the sauna and small gym in the hotel. We parked near the hotel in an underground garage (Parking Victoria), which was a short walk to the hotel (cost was ~20 euros for 24 hours).

The bathroom door is opaque so bathroom light can go through so when someone uses it at night will interrupt sleep of another person.

The location is very central and although it is in a very busy area, it is extremely quiet.

Upon our early morning arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Alex, who was professional and efficient in quickly providing us with a room to rest. The reception staff, including Maria and Alex, were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, offering valuable recommendations for local restaurants, celebrations, and activities, as well as assisting with reservations and purchasing tickets. The hotel’s location was ideal, situated close to the city center, main shopping street, and historic sites, allowing us to explore easily on foot without needing to use our rental car. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-organized, with a pleasant view overlooking the main quarter in front of the hotel. Despite facing the main road, the city was remarkably quiet at night, ensuring restful evenings. Additionally, the reception team provided clear guidance on parking procedures, including detailed instructions for using the underground parking area, which made our stay even more convenient.Shout-out to: Alex, Maria & Main Desk Manager.

The breakfast experience was disappointing due to the extremely limited variety, particularly for non-pork eaters. The situation was made worse by the unprofessional behavior of the waitstaff, especially the staff manager, who responded rudely when we arrived ten minutes before the buffet closed. Despite clearly explaining that our delay was due to an early morning check-in and long travel, the manager disregarded our explanation and continued to argue, even following us to our table. Ironically, the buffet was so limited that my spouse had nearly finished eating before I had even started. The incident was reported at check-out to the front desk manager, who listened respectfully and assured us the matter would be investigated to prevent it from happening again. Additionally, the lack of automatic water refills in the room was inconvenient, though the reception front Desk staff did provide bottles upon request.

The room are very clean, cozy, and well-maintained, which makes for a pleasant stay. The hotel's biggest advantage is its unbeatable location right in the center-close to shops, restaurants, and main attractions. For the price you pay, the comfort and convenience you get are excellent value.

Room were small.During our stay the terrace was closed, so we couldn't enjoy the views from above. I found it a bit misleading that this wasn't mentioned in advance, as it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel

Staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs, rooms were beautiful and spacious. BF was great, location is excellent. Overall we had an amazing expereince.

Parking was very complicated

The rooms are a bit smaller than expected

Location, it is exactly on the city center and you can go walking everywhere. In terms of facilities the room size and comfort were amazing and the added value of having parking is great.The staff were really good and effective

A small detail we believe is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel, they do not provide complimentary water. Only if you book through their web they clarified, will be free of charge. Otherwise tap water or pay 2,5 euros for a very small bottle. Never saw this even in 3 star hotels, to be reconsidered for sure.
