Excellent hotel for the price; staff were very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, very comfortable bed (not too hard, not too soft), I slept very well and woke rested. The breakfast buffet was good and varied, great water pressure in the shower, facilities worked in the bedroom, it was a joy to find this hotel.

Flush mechanism on the toilet poorly designed and had a habit of letting by. Manufacturers error.I'm a plumber.

Interesting location, in Triana which is a community in itself, the other side of the river from the centre of Seville but still within walking distance of the cathedral. Triana has everything you need, including Flamenco performances.

The staff didn't speak much English so I wasn't able to ask them questions and the area or travel, as I don't speak Spanish unfortunately.

The location and the receptionist was very friendly the balcony looking at the center of Granada what a night I strongly recommend it

The bath was a little bit dirty there was some hair please make sure you clean it better

The room was a great size and we were able to open the windows which was great. Breakfast was good and adequate. the locationwas great and we could have walked to most places if we wanted

There is nothing 4-star about this hotel. Our room was not clean. We were given torn sheets which were not replaced for 3-days because that is the hotel's protocol. The furniture is more than dated; the desk chair sank under my weight, and I weigh only 120 pounds. The bathroom configuration was extremely awkward, and one hand towel rack repeatedly fell down. The breakfast offerings were ample but of poor quality.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, brilliant central and quiet location

My room had a window onto the corridor which I didn’t expect - all the pictures suggested a window with some kind of view.

Location is great very close to the center of granada and to Albacini, 15 min walking to the train station, bus stops very close to the hotel to go to alHambra.Staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. It was a very good stay.

Old and badly maintained - bed collapsed when I sat in it . Shower flooded bathroom when used . V average selection at breakfast

Central for all needs staff on reception really nice and helpful especially the young blonde lady went out of way to make sure all was OK Plenty of places to see. Taxis really cheapIf I go back will book this hotel

Not really all good

The hotel is very well located and it looks is well known by the locals, the Breakfast was fine, and the staff was very helpful with the billing and other needs presented. In general is a good choice for visitors located not that far from the cool tourist areas.

Even everything was clean and well mantained the infrastructure of the hotel is getting outdated, the double bed was to beds put toguether and the bathroom because of the room location in the building was not that confortable.

Wr changed the room because the first one was pathetic, but the second was great, we liked it alot, it was spaceious and had everything.

We arrived really early in the morning after spending the night on a bus to Granada, the staff was really nice and made the room ready for us already as soon as possible. We got in already at 11, it was much appreciated!

Good price for City Hotel.

Location second rate. It also needs a refurb! Breakfast hugely overpriced. No other bar or restaurant facilities open.
