The room was clean, had all the essentials, was in walking distance to things, many staff members were so happy to help.

The ac filter needed changing so I got very stuffed up the morning I was leaving. It¿s not the only hotel that I noticed had that alert on the unit this week. Sometimes being by the elevator you can hear it. Slightly hidden but the action is one block

The location was great, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

My room was less than ideal, but since I booked at the very last minute, I probably got the last one available. Nevertheless, it suited my needs perfectly and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

No, I was very happy that we stayed here! Just be aware to request ONE double (queen) bed, if that's what you want...we got two twin beds and they didn't have any queen beds left when we checked in. But it was a very enjoyable stay.

Centrally located in the heart of Granada, this hotel is wonderful. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were so kind and gave us helpful tips on where to go. We also had a slight issue with our room, and the staff were very responsive and fixed it immediately.

The breakfast and location. The bathroom was very nice. The room itself was nice and the hotel was lovely inside.

The location of the property, near the plaza del Carmen, meant it was very noisy at night. With the holidays, people were out partying until 4:00an. I didn’t get a good night sleep there. I also had a room with two twin beds and I did not like sleeping on a twin bed.

Temperature control. Despite very cold outside, the room was burning and there was no clarity on how to mange the temp in the room. Driving to find the location was tough. Hope they could provide better clarity upfront for the first time visitors to this area.

Palacio De Los Gamboa left a terrible impression. The staff were aggressive, rude, and openly disrespectful, creating a hostile atmosphere rather than a welcoming experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Location was central

The location is quite central, the hotel is disappointing and needs to be renovated. The receptionist was rude uppon arrival, the room was ok and clean, the bathroom was old and needs to be renovated.
