    Pros +

    • View from the room was great. We didn't expect such a nice view and room is located in high level of the building. It was stunning.
    • Room with balcony Staff Location and cleanliness
    • The rooftop bar has a spectacular view to the sierra nevada and over the city. The breakfast was good and unlike other comparable spanish hotels, there were staff to keep the food well stocked. It is close to the train station, so convenient for train travellers. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the cathedral and about 50 minutes on foot to reach the main entrance to alhambra. Staff is helpful with local advice, but could not help with train disruptions (no staff at the train station speak english).

    Cons -

    • The water bottle is not topped up when room used next day. If electric kettle and tea, coffee service is available, it will be better
    • A bit far from the Alhambra, had to use public transport on the way there.
    • Breakfast staff were a little not so friendly

Facilities; gym, swimmingpool. The hotel was modern, lovely furnished and very comfortable. The rooms were very nive.

The wifi was terrible in the rooms. Not able to use it because it was slow and was always disconnecting. Only worked properly in common areas.

Room was nice, the hotel is newly renovated. Staff are really nice and the view from the rooftop is amazing

    The heated pool isn't heated

Very comfortable and well located. Convenient garage for visitors with car.

If you are lucky you will get a room that faces the Alhambra, if not you will look to a residential area. I was unfortunately among the latter.

Location was excellent for our requirements close to hospital. Also discovered very close to Albycin and Alhambra for future stays. Lovely breakfast with great choice.

Nothing to dislike really. Possibly that we didn't stay longer!

It was an nice room just renavatid, and the gym was ok.

I would not feel safe staying in this hotel as it was when we stayed. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and that was not the worst part as there was luckily no fire, my son and I went out of our room and in to the hall then down the staircase wich locked behind us, we were on the 11th floor and went down but the door to the lobby was also completely locked, we then went further down to the garage looked for an exit but found nothing then we got locked in a cellar while trying to go back up. We called the lobby which said the would find us but nobody came. Finally we found an exit through an apartment complex and got out on the other side of the hotel, when we came back in there had no one even gone to look for us. We could not stay on the 11th floor for the rest of the night and were lucky to get a room on the 1st floor. This really scared us and we did not sleep much and asked for refund for the stay but the hotel says it is all certified, we got a free kit-kat. I still do not know how we should have gone down as the emergency plan in our room pointed to this stair. So in conclusion fire escape plan is rediculus and needs to be changed - hope it happens asap!

Staff were lovely, breakfast good, rooms very nice and pleasant and only a 15 minute walk into the centre.

We asked for views and they gave us a room on the 14th floor with fantastic views over the city. Room was spacious and clean. The best was the bar and the bartender/waiter on the 15th floor. We were there first for tea and coffee and liked it. Decided to have dinner there too. The man was very kind. He booked the dinner table I liked and had good recommendations for our meals. The buffet breakfast was served in a bright, large dining room. A quality selection of food and beverages, comfortable seating and warm reception from the staff.

The hotel is well located and made it easy to explore Granada. It is within comfortable walking distance of key areas, and getting around the city was straightforward from this base. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We appreciated the quality of the beds, which allowed us to rest well after long days of walking and sightseeing.Breakfast was varied and delicious. While there was no live egg station, the precooked eggs were well done, think estrellado and soft scrambled. The cured meats stood out in particular, with excellent jamón and ibérico options that were far better than the usual hotel breakfast selections. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. Common areas were well kept, and the stay felt smooth and hassle free from arrival to departure.Staff were professional and helpful, contributing to a positive and welcoming experience throughout our stay.

Beautiful hotel. parking garage at same location.

Hotel is pretty much new. Staff mentioned that some room items were not available yet like coffee maker, iron. Taft was very helpful providing hot water to take to the FRoom. Very close to Plaza del Triunfo and Plaza de Toros
