Hotel Granada by Pierre & Vacances

Decent rooms, was pleasantly warm. Reception & entrance area are very lovely with the water play.

Hotel was only a mere 3 stars, definitely no 4. Mold in the bathroom and no information available in the room on e.g. breakfast & telephone reception. Room smelled of smoke, why we had to have the window open the whole time. Location was average.

We loved the simplicity and cleanliness of the room. The pool and view from the rooftop were spectacular

The air conditioner was a little weak so our room was very warm for a very hot day in the middle of july and on the 4th floor.

Quiet and clean… comfortable bed/pillows. Tea & kettle in room but no coffee. We did not have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. Parking available for $16 Euro per night but cost of room very reasonable (~$113 Canadian per night) so extra $ for parking not a problem . Gentleman at desk in the morning was friendly and helpful. A bit of a walk to places but ok for us as we like to walk (15-40 min depending on where) located right by the university so probably good for lots of visiting parents

Girl at the desk when we checked in was a bit short and snippy with us as we tried to figure out where to park while checking in etc.

Unfortunately, our room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. Windows only open a small gap and the staff didn't seem concerned about addressing the situation or moving us to another room, but we didn’t push it.

Wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing – a perfect start to the day. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was excellent, a lot of selection which I never seen before in any hotel I’ve been. It was well worth it and delicious. Thank you! The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent. If you are lucky you will find street parking if not the hotel has it for a fee. The buss station is just in front of the hotel, nr 8 goes to the city center.

Swimming pool

Room smelled like cigarrettes and staff only used cologne to fix it, but it didn't work

The location to the train station was very walkable. There was also a bus stop right outside the hotel that took us to city center.

How they refuse to cancel a night and charge you.not fair or good business, no coffee or tea and no water.

Wonderful pool and very clean

A bit away from the center of city, but 15 min and we were there.

Hotel was great value with very good range of food for breakfast which was included in our deal

Needed taxi for quick trips to Centre but taxis are not expensive and the location was good being resemble close to train sttion

The hotel is in good location, the room was clean. The swimming pool was excellent and the breakfast was good too.The receptionist was very nice and polite. w

We could hear people talking at night in the hallway which was a bit annoying and the people in breakfast could have been more nicer and pleasant. and the hotel's price was high too.

Plenty of choice of breakfast on offer, cooked or continental.

The orange juice was dispensed from a machine which mixed water with the concentrate - it's not fresh orange juice!

Rooms were comfortable. Seems like a decent neighborhood. Street parking is available so do not pay 16 euro for the very small parking of the hotel.Taxis are cheap in the city, so location is good.

No hair conditioner, napkins. Subpar quality soap/shampoo etc. The view on our side was not nice. I wish there was an option on Booking to select a better room even if it cost more.Hotel is trying to inform you on extra fees for everything. Even elevators saying tons of fees for early check-in, late, more-late checkout etc. In every place, you see hotel trying to rip you off someway. They are telling you if you pay breakfast in the check-in desk it is $14 but if you pay in cafeteria its $16. I didnt even need that type of information as we were planning to have breakfast/brunch outside. Its just hotel is expressing some extra costs in every interaction. In elevator, there are signs warning you in red to not to go the breakfast at 9-10AM.Parking is expensive, when you consider there are free parking spots around.

Great spot for a hotel just right outside of the main centro old town. Plenty of restaurants, etc. as well as the main bullfighting arena close by within walking distance. Very comfortable and a great deal all the way around.

The location Was ok the area around was a nice area but if you walk at night it looked dodgy and we felt uncomfortable

The twin beds were large and comfortable. The room size is spacious to put in another single bed since we have 3 people. There is a large, clean bathtub in the bathroom. We like the cleanliness of the room. The hotel provides good value for the money (size, location). We can walk to the old town in about 20 minutes.

There is some kind of smell in the room that we didn't like. Also the bathroom door does not have a lock and somewhat see through. The room is dark and not a lot of lighting. I personally don't like red color walls in some parts of the room. Also the breakfast is fair.

This is a clean, modern hotel, a little souless, but comfortable. Its a little bit away from the Alhambra and other main tourist sites in the center. The rooms were antiseptic, but clean.

It could have a little additional character and style.

Overal excellent place. We even ordered food because staying at hotel was too compfy.

If I must say something then it would be small stair step at the main entrance which can be missed due to no lighting in the dark.
