Location

We got a room on the top floor with a direct view on Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada - a superb experience. The room was sufficiently large and the bed was comfortable, the breakfast and dinner buffet was just perfect.

The air conditioner could be a little quieter.

Good breakfast lots of choice of hot and cold items. Decent sized room and beds. Restaurant food (inclusive) was good quality.

Gym rowing machine was broken.

Check in welcomming and efficient. Public areas comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. Bar and restaurant staff are really helpful, especially Claudia and Javi. Good choice at the buffet breakfast and the menu del dia for half board is varied too. Bedroom a good size with large comfy beds. Bathroom small but adequate, towels large and fluffy.

No ramp at entrance, many steps. (There is a lift for disabled persons).Maintenance could be better. Few sockets in bedroom, reported 1 not working, wasn't repaired.Window wouldn't close in first room but a change of room was given.

Lovely staff, very happy to help with any questions and suggestions. Centrally located, very near all the major sights. Safe and secure parking under hotel. Room was very comfortable, loads of space to chill and check on the next place to visit in Granada. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows and bed covers to keep everyone happy. Breakfast buffet was exceptional, really good variety of food and beverages.

Nothing, it was the perfect base to visit the beautiful city of Granada. We felt so at home here, we will definitely come back to visit again.

Steps to train station and bus stop on front of hotel all the way to city center. Breakfast has many choices which within my expectations.

The parking of hotel is a little bit expensive but you can find free place in the street behind.

I don't think it was in the hotel's description, but there was an electric tea kettle in my room, which was a very welcome addition. The bed was simply excellent, probably the best one on this trip to Spain. The breakfast was exceptional, again probably the best breakfast of all among about a dozen hotels on this trip. Hands down, this is an excellent hotel. Also, the food in the hotel's restaurant was very good, better than in several places in the central city.

Everything was perfect.

Location was very good for train station and a shirt walk into centre of Granada. Staff were helpful and resturant was good value for an evening meal. There is a useful supermarket opposite if you want water or fruit say.

There was not a huge variety nearby of places to eat nearby, but not hotels fault and easy to walk into town to eat or eat at resturant.

Modern hotel in the city centre. Very good beds. Good shower with abundant hot water. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Warm rooms (was below zero outside in January).

Location was great for transport- buses, trams. Great room. Excellent breakfast. Well managed. One of the best hotels we stayed in during our months winter travels in Spain.

Nothing. Maybe the street was a bit over grand so didn’t have the atmosphere of the older parts of town.

Good location close to the city center. Bus stop right at the doorsteps. Staff very polite. Room clean and spacious enough with all necessary belongings.

It was very hot in the room during my stay may be because I couldn’t fix the aircon work. A strange smell in the bathroom but I stayed only 1 night so it was not a problem for me.

Walking distance to train station. Bus stop right infront which you can take to city centre.

The area is easy to reach from bus station and from city center. The staff is friendly and helpful

Great hotel with an excellent location and used it as it is much more value for money than staying in Sierra Nevada. Great facilities with sauna and cold tub and excellent jacuzzi in the room. Beds are big and comfortable. Good food and great value with half board.

Beds are a little too soft and the buffet could do with more vegetables and salad for dinner.
