    Pros +

    • The hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite and easy to communicate with. The hotel itself is beautiful. Very good dining options were nearby.
    • The service.
    • The room comfort

    Cons -

    • The location was not the most walkable. Everything was easily accessible by bus, so this was a minir concern.
    • Overall: Sterile hotel. No in-room coffee or tea. No water or coffee in the lobby. Pool was closed. No staff interaction or care of any kind. Effectively, a 2-star hotel...
    • The hotel stain and design, an Arabic the Ezra payments , car and breakfast, make total price expensive

The room was fabulous, we were upgraded to a premium room as it was available which was a lovely surprise. The facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The purpose of our visit to Granada was for my husband to attend an appointment at the local eye hospital. The hotel was located within a 5 minute walk which was very welcome particularly as we were unfamiliar with the location.

The staff were so nice and very helpful. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable.

I thought the parking was expensive.

    Misleading Photos and Poor Value...

I booked this hotel expecting a 4-star experience (as advertised), but it was far from that. The photos on the website and on Booking.com are misleading and do not reflect reality. The room was in very poor condition and nowhere near the advertised standard. The walls had air bubbles, the sink was cracked, and the bathroom door was rotting on the inside. Several bathroom tiles were broken, and the ceiling was damaged as well. The bathroom handle was old, rusty, and maked a loud noise every time you move it.The furniture was old, scratched, and poorly maintained. The bed was simply two single beds pushed together, uneven in height, so if you liein the middle you roll to one side. I asked about room service for a chamomile tea and was given incorrect information as they said I could order using the phone in the room. The phone in the room didn't connect to room service or reception, and the QR code provided for the directory lead to a page with no details (error empty website). On top of that, the parking is charged at €21 per night, which adds almost €100 to the stay, and when you ask about alternatives, you are left with no options. The parking itself is very narrow and uncomfortable, making it extremely difficult to park if you have a relatively large car. Another poor detail is that they charge everything upfront. For example, the parking for the first night was charged immediately upon arrival, and when we requested two extra days, they charged those straight away as well. This is not the level of service you expect from a 4-star hotel.Overall, this hotel offers poor value for money, is misleadingly advertised, and is very badly maintained. I would recommend avoiding this property if you expect a true 4-star experience.

Nice location and lovely large bedroom

They put kettle in room but no cups, tea bags or milk.Staff in bar area not very happy or helpful

    7AngelaPosted on: 1-1-2026

Location is alright;Staff friendly, points for Miguel and Esteban who helped us to get a kettle and a coffee machine; Two separate beds are big enough and comfortable;4 coffee machines working diligently at breakfast, rarely need to queue for too long

Hotel dated, facilities inside the room could use a good update;Guests even have to ask for a kettle? We can understand that there is no individual coffee machine inside each room, but not even kettle? That is like a motel...

Bed and bedding were very comfortable, good sized bathroom and room, very quiet (except for when it was raining v heavily, but not really the hotel's fault), location was decent, facilities were fine overall for the money. Convenient parking just underneath.

It was good value for money, but the pictures definitely make it look a lot brighter / nicer than reality! Cheaper to book parking direct than at hotel, which tried to charge me more

We loved the breakfast and the amazing beds ! Rooms aren’t absolutely silent so you might be unlucky. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s easy to walk into town.

    No real disappointment

    Location

When we arrived to the room heater wasn’t working it took us more than two hours to get comfortable. Room was freezing

Nice property. Comfortable room. Very helpful staff.

    10AliPosted on: 12-22-2025

Location is very good. Not far away from center (20 mins walk), but away from all tourists crowd.Building is not new, but very nicely decorated, everything is clean and works fine. Personnel is very nice and always willing to help.

In cold weather you should dress up for elevators rides.

    Only the location

Very noisy. There was ventilation on with a buzzing noise all night.

    8MonicaPosted on: 11-24-2025

I liked the location of the hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of fruits.

    I didn’t like the shower.

Breakfast was goodLication closeto centre but not in the centre

Need more maintenance in the roomsSometimes cleaning wasnt perfect

    4AntoinettePosted on: 11-14-2025

Location was good, walking distance to the historic centre of the city and nice restaurants.

The hotel is a bit soulless, it’s not a deal breaker but for the price, you would expect some more effort put into the look of the hotel, e.g the empty glass cabinets on the corridors, the stained and broken carpet. Also, put a kettle into the room so tea and coffee can be made. The coffee machine with just two sachets doesn’t cut it. Finally, workmen using noisy machinery at 8.30 in the morning somewhere in the hotel is not great.

    Great location. Very comfy bed.

Bathroom was a bit tired and grubby .
