The Hotel is in the heart of Granada and close to all amenities.It has an Andalusian vibe with a little fountain in the entrance, lovely place.

There was no outlets to charge the phone, the windows are not soundproof and the street noise was hard to deal. There was no lotion, the heather didn't work properly. The coffee machine was super basic.

Location was good. The room was clean.

There was no one at the reception when we arrived and took me some time to get come one on the phone to give me instructions to get inside the property

Room, bathroom and shower offered spacious freedom. Location was perfect. Great restaurants, parking right across the street. what could be better? !

It was centrally located, decent amenities, they clean everyday, give you water bottles. Bathroom is a good size as well compared to many hotels. AC works well! If you want a queen it will be two twins together. Staff isn’t up front only about 5hrs but they give you great instructions and codes to access everything. Top: take the taxi to and from train station or airport. I tried taking the buses and it’s a hassle and they can’t get to the hotel.

The windows open up to the hotel lobby which is fully covered so no fresh air. Tile floors but that’s common due to cleaning and hot climates. No breakfast if you want that.

On arrival the self check-in worked as planned and they were responsive to unblock the shower drain the same day. The breakfast at the restaurant next door was perfect and the reception staff were fluent in French.

Perfection — that’s the word. Located right in the heart of Granada, just steps away from the city’s iconic landmarks. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, well organized, and communication with the host was excellent at all times. As with any historic town, parking can be a bit tricky, but if you follow the host’s instructions, everything will go smoothly.

The location, the decoration

The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the beds were uncomfortable. We had to move into a new room three times. The pictures are brighter and make you believe you’re in a bright, well-lit room, but there’s no window. The woman at the desk is a bit clueless.

In parts of the city it feels a lot like Morocco, and this hotel has a beautiful Riad-style design. Our room faced the courtyard, so we kept the window closed for privacy. It’s minimalist in style and we loved it!The front desk is only available for limited hours, but we were aware of that.Breakfast is served across the street if prepaid; it’s affordable and filling, and they likely accept walk-ins.We prepaid for our Alhambra tour through the front desk, which was very convenient. Buses to the train station and main attractions are easy to use. they accept both cash and cards. Early in the morning, we took a taxi to the train station. Communication was via WhatsApp, so be ready for that.The hotel is in a narrow street a bit hidden from main road. The area is safe.

Location is perfect, newly renovated hotel, clean, quiet, good temperature in the room for very hot Spanish summer, fare price, excellent and healthy breakfast ?

Beautiful room in a gorgeous hotel in a magical city. This place has history, and this hotel feels a part of that. There's a fountain trickling in the lobby and a beautiful inner courtyard that makes this place feel stuck in time. Wonderful.

There was only one staff member assisting guests, and he was super busy. Not his fault, but he could use more help.

It’s clean and well located. It was very affordable.

Nothing special. There is not even fridge in the room.

The staff… the front desk guy (with beard and wearing eye glasses) is rude. I arrived at 12:45 and he did not accept check in stating that it starts at 13:00. Yes, only for 15 mins. It is not big deal, it seems, but it shows how much they do not care about the customer.

Unwelcoming receptionist, makes you feel unwanted. Selling tour packages and having no responsibility afterwards.
