Loved the pool and spa, rooms were beautiful with excellent showers and toiletries.

This hotel earns its stellar reputation. The service is impeccable. The breakfast was super delicious and varied. The rooftop is a gem with gorgeous views of the cathedral and the Alhambra. The hotel feels exclusive and not overly crowded. Also, it’s in an old bank and residence with the original features (tiles, stain glass, staircase etc.). It has a very unique and beautiful character. The location is so central and cannot be beat.

If I was being picky, I wish the hammam pool was hotter.

Excellent location, extremely helpful staff were the highlights of the property. Hotel was extremely comfortable and during lesser cold weather roof top bar can be amazing. Highly recommend for anyone going to Granada for holiday

This hotel was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful. Meticulously clean. We also had the breakfast which was tasty. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful boutique style hotel, great location, amazing staff, they truly help you in any way possible.

Connecting with other facilities..ex. we couldn't connect directly with restaurants, housekeeping.. it all had to be done by contacting concierge. At least let us do that directly to ease the pressure on concierge. I know there is the app, but the app has bad reviews.

Perfect location, friendly staff, above and beyond service. Spa has steam room, bath and massages available. Rooftop views of the cathedral and Alhambra are amazing and the bar up there is really nice. Explore off the beaten path for the cities gems and get tapas!

Expensive, especially for an interior room but this place is really great
