The ornate patio includes a fountain, ornamental tiles and original renaissance paintings. All rooms come with a safe, mini-bar, pillow menu and private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Cons -

    • No parking had to take a taxi to the hotel
    • The breakfast was a slight disappointment with barely any hot dishes on a cold February morning.
    • Guests in the room above were very noisy in the night returning early hours which gave disrupted sleep. Slight sewerage smell in the bathroom in the mornings. The property is easy to find if you stick to the main route, don't follow google maps through the narrow back streets and up and down the steps!

Beautiful old building with lots of historic features. Excellent bathroom and shower and a large comfortable bed. We stayed in room 6 which had a limited view of the Alhambra. Good breakfast in a fairly small breakfast room.

Wonderful charming hotel in an traditional building. Very friendly and helpful front desk personel. We had Room Nr.2 which is a beautiful and spacious room with a wonderful antique ceiling. Try to get this room BUT be aware: the is a club right underneath the room which is very loud on Friday and Saturday. If you stay at the weekend, get another room.

Stunning room in a beautiful old building from 1520

There was a lot of noise from the street outside our bedroom (it was a Saturday night).

The location in the Old is great and surprisingly quiet.. We stayed in a triple room with a loft which was far larger than I expected. The staff are delightful.

Not a criticism but as others have noted you need to walk up a lane with some stairs to reach the property and there are a few steps inside which might make navigating with lots of luggage a bit tricky. Also, the loft bedroom in our triple room was accessed via a steep circular staircase (as shown in the online pictures). This wouldn't be suitable for those with mobility or balance issues.

    Perfect location & beautiful hotel

The room felt cold even though the heating was on. We did not figure out how to increase the heat. But we also did not expect that it would be so cold in Granada.

The location was perfect, right in old town and a short 7 minute drive from Granada train station. A easy 10 minutes taxi drive which cost under 10 euro to the Alhambra. The staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. The room was quiet and had everything we needed. There are lots of restaurants and bar close by would recommend this place to friends.

Exceptional attentive and helpful staff. Comfortable room with a beautiful view of the Alhambra. Lovely seating area. Refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle for tea. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel. Room was very clean, and beds were comfortable. Housekeeping staff were very attentive to every detail. The location provided access to the main sites and historic neighborhoods.. Many dining options nearby.Look forward to a return stay at Palacio Santa Ines!

    Leaving.

The location is fantastic, some rooms have views of the Alhambra (mine did not). It's a old, heritage hotel with a lot of charm. The hotel accommodated my request for a desk in the room since I planned a to work remotely for a few days. However, the internet was not stable. Overall I recommend this place if you only need the internet to check emails.

Patchy internet, especially in the evening when I suppose most people are back in their rooms and using the wifi.

Location is great. But, most of all the staff are all super kind and helpful. They really helped me. From Pedro, carrying my bags down to the street and calling a taxi. Thank you.

Well… the A/C is great and an absolute necessity, but the gusting air is a challenge to sleep with.

Breakfast was good. Staff all helped. For a building built in the 160’s, it was good. Enjoyed it.

    Staff was very helpful

My room had only a small grated window overlooking a trashy small dark area outside.

A beautiful old palacio in a great location and with an amazing view to Alhambra. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

    Location the rooms were spacious

Would have been nice to have free coffee or tea I understand that breakfast is extra

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Location was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Poor wifi. Dropped out often.

The location could not have been better for what I was looking for. Great for wandering around the Albacin. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I drove and parked my car in the structure that they recommended. They paid for the taxi from the parking and deducted it from my bill. They did not pay for parking but I believe it was a reduced daily rate. They made it easy and it was certainly better than figuring it out on my own!

The tub was not particularly clean, but that was my only issue.

Location was incredible - loved the street, the shops, the bars & the vibes

No soundproofing! We could hear *everything* in the hallway. Also as we didn’t have an external window the room was a bit stuffy. It was super cheap though, so for that price point we were expecting worse.
