Sercotel Granada Suites

Loved this hotel and will recommend everyone to stay- the location is great, the rooms are great and the views from the pool at the top are fantastic.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Very convenient location to everything in Granada. Staff was friendly. Parking was a bonus!

This hotel is in a great location, tucked in on a small street that is walkable to most everywhere we wanted to go. The staff people were lovely. The room we stayed in was a small suite with a kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a nice large bathroom with tub and separate shower. Just an FYI, there were no wash cloths or tissues provided, which is apparently common in Europe. Maid service is not provided daily, which was fine with us. All you have to do is ask for anything you need. These are only observations, not criticisms. Something I learned while traveling in Spain.

So WOW!! beautiful room & so quiet! Had an amazing terrace pool (which as too cold to swim in but had amazing views of the city! They have a great staff that allowed us to drop our bags before we could check in & after we checked out. Just great location & easy to get to everything!

I guess I should have read the TINY print but they don't offer daily maid service. You can add that for an extra charge or they will do it for free after 7 nights. We asked for clean towels which they bought up & we were good.

I booked a wheelchair accessible room. I requested a roll in shower with grab bars, grab bars by the toilet, and an accessible bathroom. The room I got was perfect! Only thing missing from my list were the grab bars in the shower, but because the doors opened so wide it was easy enough to get my wheelchair all the way in the shower and getting to the chair was fine. The room was plenty big to move around in with my chair making it much more pleasant a stay for me. The location was perfect too. We walked/rolled to everything!Thank You Sercotel Granada Suites

Great location and amazing pool! If you're in Granada when it's hot (especially with kids) this is an amazing option. We did early mornings out, then pool/siesta time, then back out into the town for dining and shopping. The hotel is very centrally located and easy to get in and out of.

Great staff. helped to get cabs to the Alhambra & around the city. Good location & close to playgrounds. Good for kids too!

Parking was an absolute nightmare. Even with the small car, it was the toughest parking scene I’ve faced. But the staff were super helpful while parking.

Great location in the city center, quiet but convenient to all the sights. Big, spacious, and well furnished room. Lovely pool with great views on the roof. Staff were very nice. Onsite parking in basement was convenient.

We had a short but great stay at Sercotel Granada Suites. The flat was very spacious, we did not do any of our own cooking but appreciated having the dishes and cutlery when we brought meals back to eat. Mini fridge and dishwasher were great. We were impressed by how much lighting there was in the flat!The common spaces were lovely. We did not go to the pool but the lobby and landing outside of our room were very nicely designed. Bed was comfortable, temperature control was easy to use and we enjoyed having windows we could open. The location was perfect! Very central. Easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go and not far from the taxi stand when it was time to leave. Overall very good value.

We did notice some mildew around the sides of the shower and bath that probably could have been cleaned better. The rest of the flat appeared very clean.

The only thing to improve is… the bathroom should have a closed door so water won’t spill out.

This hotel was so clean and well appointed, it made the perfect home away from home for our stay in Granada. It is perfectly located within walking distance of the Cathedral and right in the middle of everything.

Rooms big and well equipped.

Check-in and any interaction with reception was woefully slow and inefficient. No value for the time of the customers.TV not usable with airplay, chromecast or streaming apps.Elevators slow, misguided for up/down.

The apartment was huge and had everything, both a van and shower ,Bideu ans Toilette, too bad the swimming was closed!From the terrace you have a very nice view including Alhambra ,totally recommend!
