Hotel Los Angeles Granada

The air conditioning was good.

The staff were unhelpful. The room was not what we reserved. The toilet paper was inaccessible (locked in dispenser, but not fed through the hole- requiring a key to fix.) Beds had a dip in the center, headboard swings over bed as it's not fully attached

Staff were polite and helpful

There was a large party of families staying but well behaved

The staff couldn't have been nicer. I couldn't make the original booking and they transferred it to a later date with no issues. They were polite and friendly at all times. The room was superb, clean, lovely comfortable 4 poster bed and jacuzzi bath. Perfect after a long day walking the Alhambra.The buffet breakfast was plentiful, well presented and kept topped up. Lots of choice from full cooked to pasties, yogurt and fruit.

The only way to improve would be tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The wonderful host Alina , very efficient and attentive to all guests ,also the most friendliest person I have met on my two week vacation in Spain

Close by two bus stops to the city and Alehambra. Very spacious room, mostly friendly staff, with sunbath balcony (would be great in summer), charming interior in the lobby, staircases and poolside restaurant. Vending machine available at the entrance.

The breakfast room had not much atmosphere.

Some Chinese guests were really loud.

Some of the staff were lovely and really helpful. Especially the bar and breakfast staff. Room was large and comfy

Pool was freezing.No atmosphere in the hotel. Although it was low session there were very few people staying. The service was terrible at times having to hunt someone down to buy a drink or pay a bill. The restaurant wasn't open unless there was a private function booked. Bar meals were not good and I did try a few times to get something decent to eat. I'm hoping that during high season they are more on the ball or it would be hell to stay here

Nice old hotel, great staff, wonderful breakfast. Taxi is the best option to get around

Not close to tourist areas. Walking is pretty tough with the elevation changes.. Parking using the elevator was not too exciting

Quite a good location and underground parking a bonus, keeping our car and contents safe. The reception staff were helpful and the pool a little gem.

The breakfast was of a low standard with hot food, cold. No tea/coffee facilities in the room and the fridge didn't work too well.

I liked the location of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff.

The hotel was hosting a very large group who were having respite care. Although this was well managed it did make sitting around the pool quite a noisy experience.!It might have been useful to have known this at the time of booking.

The pool was amazing and the new part of the hotel had modern and comfortable rooms. Aircon working great

Walls are thin, so you can hear other guests

The bed was super comfortable and the balcony had a nice view. The bar downstairs was very convenient.

The location of the hotel was good. A short walk from the centre. The design and furniture in the lobby and corridors looked lovely and stylish. The staff was kind but very formal. The size of room was excellent. We had a room with balcony and the view was nice. I love the height of the ceilings.

The rooms desperately need some refreshment. The walls were not as white as they were originally supposed to be. The bed sheets, lining, and towels were clean, but you can notice that they have been very old. The bathroom is nice but cold and uninviting.

The location is great. The quirky decor is intriguing. The breakfast is definitely value for money.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. No usual brochure telling the facilities of the hotel in the room. No fire escape route information in the room.
